Prices on bushels of mediums has been the same for a while. Would be convenient to accept credit cards - bring cash - service is great.

If your love language is meat, put this place on your list immediately…read more I happened to see Josh Allen burgers highlighted in a friend's story and knew I had to stop in. WOW! These burgers are HUGE. Like, "you don't even need a bun, just hand me a knife" huge. My mom and had way too much fun picking out all the different sausages to throw on the grill. After preparing, the kids and I created our own little meat tasting board, sampling all the sausages and burgers we picked up. And honestly? Everything was a hit. The owners are genuinely good people, too, which makes finding a great local spot even better. And come prepared to browse because it's not just fresh meat. They have all kinds of frozen goodies, chicken fingers, waffles, and more, plus refrigerated items. And if you have a sweet tooth (or sweet teeth like me), they have homemade specialty cheesecakes by SweeTara's - cannoli, candy bar, chocolate orange ... all kinds of flavors. Come hungry. Come with freezer space.

We ended up getting Buffalo chicken sausage and beef on weck sausages, both were great. Also got a stuffed hot pepper thing which was awesome, and Allen burgers which we didn't try yet. The grocery store also has many unique items like locally made foods and specialty goods. They had a ton of employees working which was great because everything moved fast. I highly recommend visiting if you're a foodie!

It's not Mary's organic chicken or organic chicken at all. It looks like horrible chicken you get from like any random market. I'm really confused why people come here over Whole Foods or wegmans. I'm sorry.. I know it's a local business but the prices are crazy. I feel like if it was organic chicken then maybe I can justify it.

This time I went in to get some lamb chops ($20 a lb) I wish the chops were bigger, but they were portioned out and ready to go for marinating and grilling. I couldn't help myself and got a cup of their Mac and cheese in their case. (was cheesy and creamy, just how I like it!) Grilled up the chops last night , good flavor but kind of fatty. The customer service is nice and prompt and they have a great selection of anything you may want (meat wise) plus the store is very clean which is a huge plus for me. I'll be back to get some more stuff to put on my grill once the temps rise.

One of my regular visitors is an extremely picky eater who has announced his love of these chicken legs. Their bakery is one of the reasons I love Market in the Square. So many freshly baked, tasty options, many things you won't find at other grocery stores. For example, they often have Polish treats like the sour cream cheese cake and Placek. They have tasty donuts, cakes, cookies and vanilla pastry hearts. The bakery staff is always kind and have a lot of attention to detail in their work. The fish fry is fantastic as well! Several different options (fried fish, baked fish, shrimp, breaded scallops and combo platters) You get a lot of food for the price and it is always crisp and not soggy. The rest of the store has an old school grocery store look and vibe to it without looking or feeling dingy or outdated. There are often lines for checkout because there just aren't that many registers, but overall, it is a great place for your dessert needs!
