Staff is very caring and hard working, the facility is super clean and organized. They are VERY busy, ( Don't go to a Dr. that isn't) so expect to be patient, as Dr. Kroll will stay with you until he is satisfied that you understand the instructions and the protocol he suggests for you. She is very thorough and I have complete trust in her. The initial visit was OK, but after she gathered my basic information, the "care" was quite lax. She didn't have any ideas to improve my health. I have zero confidence in her as a doctor. In my opinion, she does the bare minimum and charges as much money as she can. I also found her to be rude and inpatient. She's very expensive and upcharges.
