We only had to wait a few days then installation was top notch.  The installers did a great job as noticed by us the home owners and the Linoleum guy we hired after the carpet was installed. The installers were kind and patient as I asked (probably 1 million) questions and gave me confident answers with the reassurance of "we got this".  When there was a slight mis-communication issue between the measurer/order/installer the hiccup was taken care of immediately and we didn't even miss a beat! We are so happy with WRC and their staff and service!

Second, they ordered the wrong color and type of tile and we were told basically too bad that it's not what you picked out or paid for it's what you're getting. Third, they never even came back and finished the job. After a month of not hearing a thing, we called someone else to come and finish. Fourth, they broke the toilet and we had to replace it, their plumber rehooked the sink incorrectly and it leaked, so we had to pay a plumber to redo it, among other things. Fifth, they didn't clean up after themselves at all. I found a trash bag leaking a vile substance that was left in my library to sit after they worked a couple hours and took off for a long weekend. Apparently I was supposed to lift it. And haul it away myself. That 6 star review probably came from the owner of the business. Do NOT hire these people, they have no idea what they've foo g and the work is beyond shoddy.

The owner Sergei came out and noticed a bunch of installation mistakes and sent a different crew to "fix it" and, while the new crew did improve one issue, he did not fix everything. So CAUTION, if you get any type of plank flooring, expect it to sound like they have lined the floor with sand or plastic bags when you walk around, because according to Flooring America, that is NORMAL??? I'm so bummed we spent so much money on flooring and just as much on installation for an install that is sub par and no one at the company cares. It is like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond and we have been very patient. This has been ongoing for months.
