The guys that work in outlet are the best. They work hard to make sure you have your kitchen layout YOU bring as they do not do design in the outlet division. 90% of the time they have every cabinet we need and can take with, many are still boxed. They have limited cabinet design, however most are dovetailed, some even soft closed drawers, they have many sinks, bathroom vanities. The best is, they are local and have almost all you need in one spot.

The…read morecontractor installed them and they later noticed cracks on the bottom of two faces of the cabinets. My mother in law now has to pay the contractor to install the replacement cabinets and to return the damaged cabinets and pick up the replacements. Also, a tall pantry cabinet was supposed to be pull out drawers and instead was delivered with static shelves. She paid for the upgraded pull outs. They told her there wasn't anything they could do other than to get replacements. She is stuck footing the bill for the labor due to damaged product. Shouldn't Williams Kitchen & Bath checked to make sure that these items weren't damaged prior to sending the out? That's poor customer service and not standing behind their products. They basically don't want to make the situation better. I would suggest looking around at other options. They don't seem to want to take much responsibility for their own products.

He started the job when he said he would, worked hard, and finished on time. He cleaned up after himself, even going so far as to wipe out our new cupboards, and sweep our new kitchen floor. He's very reasonably priced too. The quote we got for windows from the place advertising as THE CHEAPEST was $7000 more than we paid Pete!

Pete was respectful of our house and effects, helpful and informative and articulate. He replaced an old linoleum counter top with new laminate and replaced a sink. Both the plumber, Steve Brillinger, and Richard Jordan, the laminate installer were wonderful. Finished on time, within budget, and it looks fantastic. We first…read moremet Arn years ago during a Parade of Homes tour, and his engineering background and expertise in energy efficient, healthy home design really stood out. When we were ready to build, they helped us find the perfect site and worked with us to design a custom home that met both our needs and the strict requirements of our HOA community. As licensed real estate professionals, they also guided us through preparing and selling our previous home. What really sets them apart is their ongoing support -- even after more than two years in our new home, they still stop by to answer questions and check in. They're knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.
