We told him our situation. He said they had a large job to get done but wanted to help us out. He spoke to another partner (Victor) and they agreed to commit to our timeline even if it meant that they had to work Saturdays. We had a relatively small job and it only took 3 days from the time they templated our cabinets until the counters were installed. We have had the counters for close to a month and we couldn't be happier. Enchanted Rock Granite Fabricators provided us with a quality product, quality craftsmanship and were competitively priced (lower than others we checked out). I highly recommend checking out Enchanted Rock Granite Fabricators if you are in need of counters. As a side note, the address listed for the business is an old one. They are currently just west of Lindigs Cafe and they are constructing a new building just around the corner on 1623. Not sure when they will move in there.

We were extending a bookcase and needed a remnant to try and match the countertop. We didn't need an exact match but something close enough. We stopped in and were able to check some of the remnants they had outside and as luck would have it, we found a piece almost identical to our original countertop. I contacted the business and James came out and we discussed the project. Later, he came out to see the project and another person came out to take the measurements. Throughout the entire process they were very easy to work with. EGW was very quick to have the pieces ready and were very accommodating waiting on the cabinet makers to finish their part of the job. Once the lower parts of the cabinets were installed, the people from EGW were at my house within a day or two to install. The installation was quick. The people who do the installation are very professional and clean. The bookshelves after the countertops and unless you look very closely, you cannot tell the difference from the remnant pieces and the original countertop. The are efficient, professional and reasonably priced. The other company I used was good but the people at Emerald Granite Works seem to care more about their work than the other business I used. We have other projects and will for sure use them again. Can't recommend them enough for any of your granite, countertop or tile needs.

A wood countertop…read more But sometimes you find an element or part of a remodel you want to be special, and this for us was the top on our remodeled bar (part of the kitchen). We set out looking for options, considering steel and stone and kept coming back to a butcher block top. But not just any top, we wanted something nice. Enter DeVos. My wife and I rifled through their website and a few others about town. DeVos seemed the most complete, so we called. The owner was courteous and knowledgeable in the art of woodworking and he kept encouraging us to visit. We had our minds made up, or so we thought, and he thought we should get a true read on the woods and colors and patterns. At the showroom, the DeVos clan let our two-year-old twins explore and touch all the wood samples. They showed us the works in progress in the finishing shop and you could tell it was just the tip of the iceberg for this company. I saw several other buildings on his property, presumably for construction of the tops and storage of all the wood types (they have a ton). We went with Texas Pecan with a softened edge on edge gran construction. It looks marvelous and has been commented on several times now. Oh, I almost forgot. When we ordered the piece we had our dimensions switched. So it was off by a half inch on each side and not exactly perfect for the space (our walls are not true). DeVos suggested we make a template and bring it back. So we did and upon picking it back up, we learned there was no charge. It was our fault, but they are a very stand-up group with a deep level of understanding. We're happy to have a natural native finish in our home and recommend the DeVos group to anyone looking for a countertop.

Hs screw ups are the gift that just keeps giving. He has made our lives as the General Contractor and our customer a living hell. This custom build has been delayed for months because of his lack of talent, $ problems and broken promises. How the hell he is still in business is beyond us.
