Not only did he show up when he said he would, but he also gave a fair estimate for the repairs, and I had a lot to be done. We agreed to a price and a date for him to start the work. I paid 1/2 up front and lo and behold, his team showed up on time and went straight to work! After I saw how good and professional, he and his team where I added a few jobs to be done. They took a built-in bookshelf in the living room and removed it to enlarge the closet. This job was completed and they matched paint and wood flooring perfectly! I then had them also paint my carport to match the paint on the repairs (porch & deck) around the house. In less than 2 weeks I had my windows replaced, pergola rebuilt, screened in porch painted, closet/living room done, 4 car carport repainted, and the list just goes on. To say I am pleased is an understatement. I am amazed! Professional, communicated well, kept to his agreement, finished the job in a timely manner and it was a fair price. These guys are the worse builders. They are not upfront with you and try to cover up issues…read morewithout fixing them. Their electrician was not licensed in the state of Texas and he did the electrical all wrong, we had to get a master electrician to redo the entire house. The wall are not straight nor square. They did not follow the plans from the foundation up. Even the plumbing was wrong. They also did not pay their vendors/sub-contractors, so be careful as you are responsible for that and they could put a lien on your property. Just a word to the wise, do not use these guys if you want quality work. If I could give them a negative star I would.

That was satisfactory AFTER I HAD TO RENEGOTIATE THE FINAL INCREASED COST. The charged me $200 to fix crumbling sidewalk calk and seal the side walk to the foundation. Didn't patch completely and refuse to complete ( even at the outrageous charge) Additionally, exterior electrical outlets no longer are operational. They have not been used since they left. They tell me it's not their issue to deal with. Just as a reference, I asked for a quote on two pergolas to be installed at the same property. They quoted $18K. I was able to get the job done by Alamo Patio Covers for $8K. Beware if doing business with these guys.
