OMG. I recently was debilitated due to a horrible Morton's neuroma, I can barely walk and basically shuffle around. In my normal life; I'm an active, healthy 45 yr old who is always on the go. The Morton's neuroma was killing me, I got cortisone, acupuncture but nothing helped like Dr. Schwartz- he examined me- did ultrasound therapy on my foot and I can walk!!!! Mind, I look like I have a gangster walk but I'm walking!!!!! I can't wait for my next session. This guy is a miracle worker!! Was referred to him by a friend with a completely different injury. Family practice for more than 40 years, and I know why!!!! Such friendly front staff and homey energy. Dr. Swartz is so friendly and Knows how to make you comfortable. Historically, I have had issues with my lower back since my late teen years. Over the years I've been under the care of other chiropractors but due to lack of medical insurance coverage and follow-up on my side or the providers, I've stopped getting adjustments. I signed up for treatment on the day of my consultation because he is very affordable (especially if you purchase a package). I really appreciate that he is not judgmental or pushy on issues regarding my treatment. He is really professional and a patient provider. He explains what is happening to my back and gives suggestions to help at home. Appointments are a breeze to schedule and I am in and out in no time. The office ladies are welcoming. I have paid way too much at other chiropractors for treatment and to be honest they don't even seem engaged in my treatment. Doc Schwartz is a great doctor I'm glad I found him after my brother retired the staff is friendly and the nutritionist awesome !!! The only thing is the guy massage therapist I had an appointment with him 3 times and each time something came up where he had to cancel me the third time they told me he had his regulars and that's all they would say it was really frustrating when you need a massage and it doesn't happen cause the therapist doesn't like you and you have to wait till the following week to get from someone else three time is to many times read more

Horrible service and a waste of time. They have horrible time management. I waited over 30 minutes to just get a room to start muscle therapy. It takes up to 20 more minutes after the therapy to get an adjustment. If you have over an hour to waste then you can consider coming here. read more

When I walked into the office for the first time, I was greeted with some of the friendliest staff members I have ever encountered in a Doctors office. I first met with Nutritionist - Rachel Schwartz and had a full body scan done. A very big eye opener to say the least. Rachel put me on a success plan. Thanks Rachel!!!! I later met with Doctor Schwartz and had an x Ray taken. A success plan was made and the good Dr. Gave me my first adjustment. The ladies in the front office were awesome and I opted into getting on a prepaid plan for future appointments. The prices for services are amazing, the facility is always neat and clean and the doctors and staff are amazing people that make you feel like family from the second you walk into the door to when your floating feeling great out the door. I happen to be a patient of Dr. Schwartz and I have actually been in the office when Mr. Charlie L. Has been in there. I suppose we both need late appointments because I have been in the office enough to learn about Charlie L. and how bad he treats Dr. Schwartz' staff. He is complaining about the time it takes to get in and get his therapy done and get his adjustment, yet I still see him in there quite often and as soon as he walks in, he wants to be seen, he will be rude to the staff and has no patience. The staff tries very hard to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. I for one am very grateful that there is an office like Dr. Schwartz' office who can accommodate us late comers and be so flexible with our schedules. Dr. Schwartz will even stay late to help someone in pain. Mr. Charlie L. is mistaken by his review, he should relax and be nicer and smile once in a while. Schwartz Chiropractic is the best office around and I would never go anywhere else. I've come to this office for chiropractic treatment as needed for the last 2~3 years. On May 15th, 2014 I came in for a visit as my back has been killing me again. I arrived at 12:10, sat down and began waiting. Around 12:30 one of the office staff told Dr. Smith that I was a walk in and I've been waiting. He misinterpreted the definition of "walk-in" to mean "first-time patient" and told me that he can't take any new patients. I corrected his misinterpretation and explained I've been here before numerous times. Then he took another patient (who had arrived minutes before) back and left me waiting. He came back out around 12:50 and decided after having me wait for 40 MINUTES in an uncomfortable chair, it was time to look into me. He said that since I've only seen Dr. Schwartz, he wouldn't be able to take me. So I left and I won't be coming to this office again. I understand policy, but having to wait 40 minutes to get told that they won't see you is disrespectful and outrageous. read more
