Dr. Idriss is extremely attentive, gives explanations that are easy for any layperson to understand, is gentle with his touch and provides patients realistic expectations. Upon my first visit, the wonderful staff welcomed me warmly and I did not wait long at all to see the doctor. Once in the exam room, the doctor assessed my issue, properly adjusted my back brace, explained exactly what area of my back was being affected, and began treatment (stimulation, massage, and adjustment). I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disease last June. The disk in between my L4 and L5 started to narrow which makes the two bones rub at each other. This causes pain at my lower back. When I came to see Dr. Idriss, I could barely walk. Most of the cartilage is gone from my left hip and I am scheduled for hip surgery in July. But I needed help as it was so painful. They consult you put you on electrodes then if need work out the spot on machines then u get a massage at the spot or spots u're hurting. man the massage was top notch I almost thought I was at massage evy and left a tip but after that's then you get ajusted. My family and I were involved in a car accident in which our car was rear-ended at a stoplight by an SUV, driven by a guy who was on his phone (don't phone and drive!!). Our car was totaled, and our backs and necks were wrecked. Our lawyer's office referred us to Idriss Chiropractic, and all of us are so glad they did. Dr. Idriss greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome immediately. His office staff are all friendly as well. All together, they have helped our terrible situation be more bearable. Immediately after the accident, I was most concerned about my mother-in-law's health -- she was sitting in the front passenger seat, is a cancer survivor, and a wonderful human being -- and I've noticed that her mobility has improved since we started our treatments last week. She is no longer walking as stiffly as before. My husband, who was driving, experienced more pain and soreness in the days following the accident. He is benefiting from the method that Dr. Idriss treats us: first with electrical stimulation for the muscles; then a massage by his assistant; then a machine massage; and, finally, the chiropractic adjustment. Damn, if there was anything to give a review for, it should be how a place changed your life the way this place did for me. For the past 5 years, my primary care physician didn't know how to help me and sent me to physical therapy which really didn't do anything, I had a pain radiating mostly in my chest/sternum area, and sometimes radiates to my upper back and even sometimes hurts in all places at the same time, but it turns out I've really been in need of an alignment, they have the friendliest staff here who are always consistently polite and so accommodating, and the doctor knows wt* he's doing. I am a 37 year old man with an active lifestyle. I began to see a chiropractor for the pain in my neck and left arm. Besides adjusting my spine, he also does some electrical stimulation of the area, and traction on my neck. You even get a massage. He will explain you all body pains you may have and the options you have available for any expenses... my HMO covers it so I only need to pay $15 for my copay. The staff are professional, they are friendly but they don't talk too much. Mai and Alejandra are so helpful and their massage is fantastic! Doc Idriss is very professional in giving advice and the adjustment is a great one. He understands what he is talking and giving you a straight forward advice why you need to exercise.
