When I protested later I was told I was not a good fit for his practice and they gave me back my consultation fee and wanted nothing more to do with me. I realize I am older, heavy and never going to look like I did when I was young but I told him I only wanted to look better in my clothes and my expectations were modest. I did have the procedure with a doctor who cared and I now feel much better about myself. I recommend you find someone with more compassion for us non-Barbie types.

During my procedure, I was told that my orbicularis muscle was accidentally burned, which led to complications that I continue to deal with. Instead of feeling supported, I felt abandoned. After surgery, my medication was mistakenly called into a pharmacy in another state. Despite making him aware of the mistake, it was never properly corrected by calling in a new prescription to the correct pharmacy when I needed it most. Rather than having my follow-up care handled professionally in the office, Dr. Bradley came to my home to remove my stitches. He arrived around 10:00 p.m., and I was extremely uncomfortable with the way the visit was handled. At one point, I was also told my stitches might need to remain in for another two weeks after they had already been in for approximately two weeks, something that caused me significant concern. When I later expressed how difficult this entire experience had been and requested that he at least consider a partial reimbursement for what I had endured, I was dismissed as a patient instead of having my concerns addressed. I have kept emails and other documentation regarding my care because I believe patients deserve honest information when making decisions about their surgeon. This post reflects my personal experience and opinions. Everyone's experience may be different, but I believe prospective patients should ask detailed questions, understand how complications are managed, and carefully consider their options before choosing a surgeon.

I have reached out to the owner Dr. Wilkerson of The Best U Now several times only to be ignored after sending him pictures of my results, that he requested. This place is organized and unprofessional. Do not spend your money here unless you plan on going through full surgery just to have the same results that you had prior to having surgery. After having 360 lipo I still have a huge stomach and there is still a lot fat present. The results of my surgery could not be seen even a month out, you could still see that there is fat still present. Now 6 months out the results have not changed. I am not still swollen and I am sad to have came to terms that these are my results. Please save your money, time and disappointment. All the red flags were there that this place didn't care about the customer just about shuffling people in and out quickly! Now I will have to go through surgery again if I want real results.

I chose to incur the cost of having another surgeon remove the implants rather than allowing him to perform the procedure. Later I learned Dr. Hart failed to recognize I suffer from a congenital defect called pectus excavatum, as well as tubular constriction of my breasts which had affected the height of one of my breast folds. The latter was extremely obvious and should not have been missed. Now that I'm older and more educated on the subject, I'm able to see just how negligent Dr. Hart was. Because they don't offer after-school slots for new patients (the latest they offer is 2:30 PM), I had to arrange classroom coverage to leave work early as a teacher, and pull my daughters out of school. After dealing with school delays, traffic, and difficult parking, we walked into the office at 2:40 PM for our 2:30 PM appointment. The receptionist was on the phone, and when she finally acknowledged us at 2:41pm, she rudely informed me that they would not see us because we were past their 10-minute grace period by one minute. We were literally one minute late with two young kids in tow. I understand the need to stay on schedule, but to turn away a new patient who waited over a month for an appointment--and who clearly rushed to get there--over sixty seconds is completely rigid and lacking in basic customer service. We will not be back and I recommend looking elsewhere if you want an office that values its patients' time and effort.
