The entire staff was so nice and kind, the front desk, the dental assistants and the dentist himself were phenomenal. They talked to my kids kindly (who are very talkative), they explained everything in a way that really made the experience for my kids memorable in a good way and also explained to me what they were doing and about dental care extremely well. They also did everything in a timely manner without having it be rushed. If I could rate this place higher, I would. A bonus was that the office was nice and spacious, extremely clean, and they also had a comfortable waiting area with a kid-friendly show playing. She got back to me later that evening and personally walked me through exactly how to care for the area over the weekend. She then made sure I was added to the schedule for first thing Monday morning. True to her word, I received a call from the office right at 8:00 AM when they opened, and I was in the chair by 8:30 AM! Dr. Phillips and her dental assistant took incredible care of me. I am generally very nervous about getting dental work done, but Dr. Phillips was incredibly gentle. I didn't experience any pain or issues throughout the entire procedure. In late 2025, it was made clear to me that the doctor was uncomfortable continuing to see me as a patient, and shortly afterward both my mother and I were dismissed from the practice after requesting our medical records. During a routine cleaning visit in October 2025, my X-rays were reviewed and several dental concerns were pointed out to me that I had not previously been informed about. I later learned these same issues had been noted in X-rays from September 2024, yet they were never discussed with me at the time. This left me confused about why I was coming in for preventative care without being told about existing concerns. Throughout this process, I found the office staff to be unprofessional and dismissive, and the doctor's attitude toward me changed significantly compared to earlier years. After spending approximately $53,000 at this practice over time, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled and how abruptly our care was ended. Additionally, my mother was told she had a cavity or another dental issue that required attention. However, after seeing a new dentist, no such issues were found. While I understand different providers may have different opinions, this further raised concerns for our family and led us to seek independent reviews of our dental records and X-rays. I have submitted this matter for review with the appropriate dental board and am consulting with an attorney to better understand our options. Once those reviews are complete, I may update this review with additional information. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage others to ask detailed questions, seek second opinions when needed, and carefully consider their options when choosing a dental provider. Poorly run office with toxic support staff. Their billing is illogical and they do not consistently…read morecoordinate prior auths or eobs to assist patients in verifying benefit coverage, there are billing problems and this office is very money hungry. Patients get surprise bills, even years after service was rendered. They will maximize every possible charge without providing the patient with informed consent and the patient will later incur a $unexpected bill. Their front office staff hung up on me not once, not twice, but three times when I called to try to clarify charges which didn't make sense. It was surreal and very reminiscent of dealing with poorly behaved children who can't answer questions to clarify charges. We do not recommend this practice and are happily pulling our entire family out. Too many toxic situations with this practice and we have never experienced anything so awful in many years and numerous dental practices. Dr. Tran as a dentist has excellent skills and it's unfortunate his support staff are incompetent.
