OMG.... These people are so nice and accommodating. I have a rear molar going bad.. and although they are busy and I was only due for a cleaning by Christine (who by the way is a wonderful person and very good at her job!) They are making room for me to get a root canal this afternoon. (I am going out of town tomorrow AM for a few days).. Went here because of all the good reviews here on Yelp. First time: had my teeth cleaned and really like Dr. Iannotti. He was friendly, informative and seemed honest which is what I have been looking for in a dentist. He wasn't like a lot of dentists out there who are like a shady shoe salesman who tries to sell you a pair of socks, foot spray and shoe polish. BEWARE. After having some success with the office of Dr. Dan and Dr. Alexis, I brought my 77 year old mother to them to have some work done. It was a difficult time for my mother due to the fact that a good portion of her teeth were failing her. Being the good son that I am, I was paying for my mother's bill. So Dr. Dan and I engaged in a number of talks (verbally and written) prior to my our visit and him and I came up with an agreement for me to pay a $4,000 dollar flat fee in cash for my mother's treatment. But Dr. Dan ultimately would go back on his word and not provide the level of service he promised. Because my mother is elderly, I was with her every step of the way during her treatment. Dr. Dan did pulled her teeth, but the upper bridge he fitted her with caused her pain and wasn't cosmetically appealing and it also broke. Then my mother had a loose cap on an implant that Dr. Dan promised to tighten, but he ultimately changed his mind after I questioned him about breaching our financial contract and attempting to charge me for my mother's future office visits. That's when I saw a whole other side of Dr. Dan. When I held him to the flat fee we agreed on, that's when Dr. Dan showed his true colors. He became vindictive and called me up and informed me that he was cancelling my mother's future appointments and dropping her as a client. Dr. Dan showed no empathy and never even offered to refund any of the thousands of dollars I paid. I expressed to Dr. Dan that he should be ashamed of himself and that I didn't believe that he had a legal basis for breaching my financial agreement with him. But he didn't seem to care and replied, "I've been sued before. So you are free to do so." I am an Air Force veteran and this is my true and sworn testimony. read more

Dr. Alexis Moore is literally sent from above when it comes to endodontists. Who can say that a root canal is a pleasant experience? I feel like I can after seeing Dr. Moore today. I was feeling so much dread over the whole process as I had already undergone a root canal with another endo, and it did not go as well as I would have hoped. Come to find out, I react poorly to the epi part of the numbing shot...it caused my heart to race and a feeling of panic to set in at my last root canal and I was able to feel some of the procedure which didn't help those anxieties! I explained this to Dr. Moore prior and she adjusted the shot so that I wouldn't have that experience again...it was seriously like night and day. I was chatting, comfortable, and had no feelings of anxiety whatsoever. I was completely at ease and went through the whole procedure without feeling ANYTHING. She is an absolute miracle worker who I know has the best care and treatment plan in mind for me. Let's face it... everyone HATES the dentist. As a person who doesn't take very good care of my teeth, I have needed some work, and saw several dentists over the last few years in and around Beverly Hills. They like to send in a "Financial Advisor" before they even get started with what you need and the best way to go about it. Well, let me say this... NO LONGER! Dr. Dan Iannotti is the FIRST dentist I have ever been to that is more concerned with the health of your teeth than the health of your bank account. Katie in the office was SUPER FAST in getting me in, Lizette made me ultimately comfortable, and Dr. Iannotti is a straight shooter all the way. This is the FIRST time I have felt comfortable going forward with the work I need, and I was delighted by the fact that Dr. Iannotti not only asked HOW I FEEL, but he asks, "What do you think?" What do I think? I think that Dr. Iannotti's office is truly a hidden gem in Valencia/Santa Clarita, and ANYONE who HATES the dentist needs to go, let them have a look, and see for themselves just how a dentist SHOULD operate. The entire office is truly committed to the health of my teeth, my comfort (because I needed an extraction or two and some fillings), and anyone who appears to LOVE their jobs (as the staff clearly does) as much as they do, they make the whole stigma of HATING THE DENTIST go away. One last note... I have never been compelled to brush and floss my teeth as I should before now (hence the main reason for my visit to another dentist), but I am now. Not crooks who trick you and state that u need a root canal and give u a waxy temporary that turns yellow...etc....and then decide that you need 4 more to match your new porcelain....etc in the end you spend 5-6k. And you were only going in for a routine checkup...It took me so long to find the perfect dentist. This is the best place. They know what they are doing and their priority is to maintain the health of ur teeth, not looking at how much they can get out of u. I really like this place. I always had a personal fear of going to the dentist but Dr. Dan and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I had four wisdom teeth removed and was advised I should probably take the day off. I was in no pain after the surgery and went to work. Sure I was a little swollen and had a little pain killers in me but I had to go in for work and was well enough to stay the whole day. I can't really comment on pricing because I have no other experience to compare it to but I would say the price for my operation was about what thought it would be, on the inexpensive side. read more
