After a long period of antibiotics, my mom developed oral thrush which was very painful. Just had my first appointment here and I loved it. The staff were really nice, and as someone who feels a little anxious at the dentist that is really important. I could tell the hygienist was very thorough. She gave me some good advice for taking care of my teeth at home. And my dentist very thoroughly examined my teeth and also showed me the x-ray images as well. I didn't have to do anything at the front desk because they also had already taken all my information over the phone, so it was a smooth process. I would definitely recommend Crest! read more

I guess it's time to come clean and admit that I have a bad habit of chewing on hard candy. Was driving back from a weekend trip up to norcal when I had to schedule an emergency visit to see a dentist. I guess it was bound to happen that I'd eventually crack a tooth and sure enough I experienced that sharp pain that no one wants to feel. Since I was still over 2 hours away from home, decided to see if I could find a dentist nearby instead of waiting. Crest dental came up and I was able to score an emergency visit with Dr. Anh. The dental office was fairly close to the 5 and was easy to find. She arrived at the office just a few minutes after I had parked and quickly took x-rays and applied some numbing gel before giving me a shot of novocaine. After examining the damaged tooth, Dr. Anh provided me with a temporary crown and sent me on my way. Couldn't have been happier with my unplanned visit and if they were a bit closer to home, I'd be a patient here. Glad to know there still awesome dentists that are easily accessible. read more

Best dentist I have ever had hands down. I had some trauma from a couple botched dental surgeries and always have such anxiety with the dentist since I was young. Dr. Young and her staff are always so attentive, sensitive to my needs since I have reactions to certain anesthesia, and communicating with me the whole time. Can't recommend any more highly! I literally had not been to the dentist in about 2 years because of the traumatic experience I had with a previous dentist. I was so scared to go but I knew I needed a cleaning ASAP. I finally got the courage to go to the dentist. My coworker had recommended this office to me. The office is in a very convenient location because it's down the street from my job and close to my house. First thing I noticed when I walked in is how nice and clean the office is, and the couch in the waiting room is comfy. All the staff members greet you with a big smile and they are all soooo kind!! Araceli was awesome and very experienced on my first visit, she gave me a lot of information about my teeth. I had Yolanda do my cleaning on my second visit (still have to go back for a deep cleaning sessions) and she was so informative on the proper way to brush and floss and also did a great job on making me feel at ease with everything she was doing. She explained everything that she was doing, she didn't just go ahead and do it, which I really appreciated. At the end of my visit, all my anxiety had left and I was feeling calm, which is really rare for me at a dentist office. Also, they don't force you to do any procedures just to rip you off. They are honest about what you need done , and even show you the X-rays to prove it. I'm really happy they do this because I have been ripped off several times at previous dentist offices who don't even explain anything and just throw a bill in your face. The staff members here will answer any questions that you have and don't pressure you into anything. I am so happy that I found this dental office! I have only met Dr. Ahn so far, she was very kind. As luck would have it, I woke up with a migraine on the day of a root canal. Dr. Young couldn't been more empathetic! She gave me headphones with soothing music and dark, dark sunglasses to help with my light sensitivity. It was the most 'enjoyable' root canal ever!! I LOVE Dr. Young! I usually don't write Yelp reviews, but I felt like I had to. Dr. Young is very down-to-earth and incredibly knowledgeable. She's just an awesome person. I had to get a few cavities filled in on the upper part of my mouth, which is the worst place to get numbed up (I hate getting numbed up!) and it was the most painless procedure that I had ever experienced from a dentist. UPDATE: After I wrote the review below, I have been impressed by the way Crest Dental has reached out and explained the situation. I wish I had known about their policy of fixing any work that didn't turn out satisfactorily, because I would have taken advantage of that. I have to say that my opinion has changed favorably. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'd say it was unlucky if it was just my dental work that has to be fixed, but my wife and son also had such poor work done by Dr. Young that they had to get it fixed. My son had a tooth extracted; my wife had a crown that eroded; I had to get a root canal after an onlay. Prices aren't great. However, the staff is professional and helpful. read more

This place is great! The staff is friendly and they make you as comfortable as possible. They have healthy snacks in the lobby and drinks. My 6 year old son received a prize from the treasure box for being so good. This office will definitely be our new home for our dental needs for our entire family. Having Dr. Young as my dentist makes it so much more pleasant to have a dental visit. My first experience with Dr. Young was an onlay. She was quick and professional, making it the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. The staff also went out of their work the appointment around my schedule. My next experience was also excellent. I made an appointment, and then received a call that they had a cancellation and I could come in earlier (which is awesome because it is a very popular practice) The second onlay was just as quick and really beautifully done-I really have to look hard to see where my tooth ends and the onlay begins. The staff is also excellent, I have a tricky schedule and they always work things around so it is easy for me to come in. I pay out of pocket and I find the prices to be very good. I even had the dental assistant tell me how happy she was to work there and how good a practice it was. If the staff is happy, I feel that is a real mark of quality. I hope Dr. Young practices here for the next 30-40 years, I never want to go to another dentist again! read more

Went once and then changed dentist. Waited to hear from them re some record transfer from an endodontist re a tooth I was having problems with. They never called me back. I called 2 x to find out and after 2nd time, staff told me they gave info to dentist. Per dentist... tried to call me but didn't go through. Meh...I have phone co. voice mail and they get through to schedule appts well enough. Also DD has defecting tooth enamel and we always get molars sealed. Told this was impt to us. Didn't do it. Why??? more cavities = more money??????? Called at 8 mos to schedule cleanings. Told me I was behind by two mos for cleaning. They hadn't called at 6 mos. Switched dentist. New dentist found out problem tooth was result of most recent crown having a high point. They filed it down and voila...it's fine and don't need root canal!
