I can tell you it was the very 1st & last time I get him groomed there. You cut his muzzle uneven & so short it cannot be fixed. I didn't ask for express grooming & I was not informed prior to the appointment of your extra charges for "express grooming" that I did not ask for. I know my dog better than you & he's been at the groomers all his life with my other dog for 3-4 hours at a & is not stressed.
