The employee working there didn't seem super interested in interacting with anyone, and kept walking between this store and the one next door and I never actually saw her speak to anyone. Also can tell a lot about a place by how the bettas look and are cared for. I didn't ask for express grooming & I was not informed prior to the appointment of your extra charges for "express grooming" that I did not ask for.
