I was going to the airport from 30 miles away. When I said that was a crummy surprise he propositioned me for payment of the fee. I'm 58 yoa. Im not blowing someone for a taxi ride. That was bad enough, but even worse he was going to make a u turn towards the deserted area. I pulled out my phone and put gps in and low and behold he decided that was a bad idea. Once in the freeway he asked way too many personal questions. I do not like being sexually harassed. It was a scary ride! He also talked a lot about violence toward women and how unfair the law is. I called the company to ask about the fee( the next day) and to complain of the drivers misogynistic demeanor. The man on the phone was rude and yelling. He hung up on me. Bottom line, do not ride with this company. Especially if you are alone and female!!!

They are always on time and help with the luggage. On our return they communicate well with us to coordinate pickup location and make sure we don't have to wait too long.
