I understand that people get busy- but after 3 business days had passed, I called to check on the status of my QUOTE. I was told that I would be recieving it later that day- by 1pm. I called and talked to a gentleman who said that he was the responsible party for the delay, apologized profusely and said that I would be recieving my quote via email by that afternoon. Guess what folks- it never came!! It must be great that in this economy, this small business can afford to turn down work. Honestly disappointing.
