This ice cream parlor is so cute in downtown helen! They have great parking which is hard to come by in this area. It is also a little putt putt green, unfortunately it was too late to do that but will be back to experience it. They had a ton of flavors and our group got banana pudding, cookies and cream, vanilla, and strawberry! Of course i thought the vanilla was the best since i went with that. The only downside was it was memorial day weekend and they ran out if milk so no milkshakes!! That is not the workers fault they were so kind and accommodating. This 50's themed Ice Cream Parlour offers 24 different flavors of hand dipped ice cream and has a beautiful view to the flower gardens and mini golf course. My family tried lots of different flavors and loved them all. The salted caramel was incredibly good and creamy so I definitely gotta suggest that one! I'm not really a chocolate ice cream girl but they loved the chocolate fudge one as well. The staff is friendly and the shop is super clean, and cute (50s themed). This is a cute little ice cream shop that is right when you enter town. It is attached to the mini golf place so a good treat either before or after your round. Parking is easy as the lot is a decent size. The interior feels nostalgic like an old-timey place. The ice cream itself is nothing spectacular, but the staff and atmosphere is what makes this place great. This is a solid ice cream parlor with nothing particular about it. It sells Mayfield ice cream, not artisan or whatever. Lots of flavors, and the nice girl gave me 2 heaping scoops on a waffle cone, which I had a hard time devouring after a big dinner. All for less than $6. A winner in my book! This is the cutest little ice cream shop. It connected to a put put place and the grounds are kept up beautifully. This is the cleanest restaurant I've been in so far on my trip. Not many choices, but the place is very nice and clean. It has this 1950's style to it. Clean restroom, that's a plus.

There's nothing better than cooling off with a nice waffle cone filled with delectable ice cream after playing putt-putt in the heat. There are two full freezers full of a variety of flavors. They also offer many other options like milkshakes, floats, and sundaes. You can sit inside their old diner style parlor or at one of the umbrella covered tables overlooking the putt-putt course. I prefer the Cafe Columbia flavor. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is clean. Just fyi, they take credit/debit if total is over $7. read more
