Sent in a request, was offered free trial. Most companies call and harass you prior to coming to offer their "free trial" and require cc on file. Scoop soldiers did the opposite! I came home yesterday, and it was like magic! Everything was cleaned up. I had no idea they had come already. No hassle, no obligations. Im now using them 2x a week. I have Scoop Soldiers come to my house every other week. I love that they notify me when they are on the way so I can make sure to keep my dog in the house. When they finish they email a picture of your gate latch to show that it's closed. Nice touch! I'm very happy with them and highly recommend their service! read more

The pricing is great, service was great but I have had about 3-4 services delayed rescheduled and some of that is my fault or choice. I have only had 1 service the first one! Rescheduled so many times because they can not make it or give me a time frame. I take off from work, I build my plans around someone coming all day just to get a email not even before noon that they cant make it. I've voluntarily rescheduled twice because of the original time frame window was missed and the next available day was a weekend where Id have to stay home all day again. I don't want my gate opened and my dogs out in the back or to be stuck in the house all day hoping someone shows up. I'm constantly locking and unlocking my gate daily. Its just stressful. I got this service because I travel often and work long hours. I needed help with these things. Its just become a headache. I got cancelled on today after taking off work and rescheduled for tomorrow. I have a funeral to go to tomorrow so I have to decide if I should leave my dogs inside all day or not go and be back and forth. Please improve this. Its very simple fix have a schedule and time frame and stick to it...give windows. Someone had texted me when they were 3 minutes away and I'm running an errand thinking they will at-least give me a 30 minute heads up logically... a service thats supposed to help you because your life is busy sure makes it a hassle and headache. I realize why its so much cheaper than other services...that's because most likely they wont show up for $25. read more

Poop Troops is a great service and they are very reliable. Our guy, Anthony, is very diligent and always notifies us when he arrives and when he leaves. They come twice a week to clean our large backyard of all dog waste. Not an easy task with 2 Bulldogs! We are grateful for this excellent service from Anthony and Poop Troops. read more

I have been using for a few months. At the beginning they were great but then they started rescheduling service almost every week and at times it wasn't weather related. I canceled the service because I kept getting phone calls that they needed verbal authorization to enter the yard Without it they would not be able to go in any more. I work full and can't have my phone on me at work so when called the first time they said it was because my dogs broke a small panel piece in the window. i was like ok understandable they didn't want to get close to the house so the dogs didn't get worked up and so further damage. A few days later the next clean up was a Friday and they said they couldn't that they will stop by Saturday. I'm usually at work Saturdays but I was home that day and took a nap in the living room. When woke up I had a missed call from them saying that they tried calling to get verbal convent that they could go into the yard without it they could not. They also emailed me that the dogs where so protective when they tried knocking so would have to reschedule for another day. I was upset because I have camera in front of the house and the door no one came up to the house nor tried knocking. Plus I was asleep in the living room so would have heard the dogs barking and become protective as they said. I am frustrated at the fact that they lied about being outside. The dogs have not been left outside due to the heat for weeks so all the dogs will do it bark through the window at them. and when I did leave the dogs outside i have cameras in the yard and they would pet the dogs so I don't get why they think all of a sudden that the dogs are aggressive. Either way sounds like they do not want my business so will be looking at other companies. read more
