Their prices are like eggs, they're cheaper in the country. The clerk was super helpful about getting the right leaf blower and ensuring that it was carefully unlocked from the shelf. They had a healthy variety of leaf blowers, but the Husqvarna was on sale! In the end, I got the thing home, and nervously pulled the cord a few times, and it started right up! Whrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! They also sell horse gatorade, mane shampoo, and ivermectin here, if you're a stallion. I always like to check out their lawn decorations here. They've always got some of the classiest decor in the south.

At that time, they were wonderful and did everything to make sure you were happy. Through the years, they tried to keep the flame alive by servicing the tractor at my house. Fast forward to this event. Service at the house? No! Pick up for service? For a crazy mileage fee! So I loaded it on the trailer and delivered it. So how long will it take? 5-10 days. You will call me about the repairs? No? 2 weeks later, I called. Nobody to talk to, so I left a message and phone number. Never heard from them! 3 weeks later, I called them. What's going on with my repairs? Oh, you were waiting on me to call you? Yes, I want it repaired - that's why I brought it here. 5 weeks and still not heard from them. My wife calls them and gets to talk to the service tech. Well, they had a little problem. Seems they destroyed the hood somehow, but they will replace it for free. I drove over and went in to pay. That will be X dollars. No thank you, no sorry about the delay, but we gave you a free hood. I went outside, and the tech was loading it in my trailer. He was extremely nice and explained everything that he had done. He's the only reason this was not a 1 star. I had talked to the sales manager about buying a new tractor. After this experience, I will be looking elsewhere. Divorce is now final!

The air conditioned cab was really nice...cool, clean and most of all, not dusty. The tilt trailer I rented was easy to load and unload. (Next time I'll probably take advantage of their delivery and pickup service.) The pickup and return was easy and laid back. Friendly guys and great to do business with. I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the animals during my visit today. I came in to…read morepurchase rodents for my snakes, but what I witnessed was disturbing. One of the snakes being offered for sale was dead in its water bowl. The water bowl also contained feces, making the situation even more upsetting to see. When I informed an employee, their response was simply, "Oh yeah, the snake is dead," with no apparent urgency or concern. As I continued through the store, I also saw a dead rat in one of the rodent enclosures that had been partially eaten by the other rats. It appeared the body had been left there long enough for the other rats to begin consuming it. I took photos of what I observed because I couldn't believe the conditions. Regardless of the reason an animal dies, it should be removed promptly, and the remaining animals should not be left in that environment. Customers should not have to be the ones discovering deceased animals or pointing them out to staff. As someone who keeps snakes myself, I understand that animals can unexpectedly die. What is unacceptable is leaving deceased animals on display and in enclosures where they continue to decompose. I sincerely hope the store improves its husbandry, sanitation, and routine animal checks so no other animals or customers have to experience what I saw today.
