I will once again meet with the owner to see what they can do to reassure me of their capability to run an effective business, but as a 13 year customer who apparently has Stockholm syndrome, I'd caution anyone from getting into this cycle of abuse. But their groomer is excellent! She cares, does a great job, and is a true professional and a delight.

Kathy took such great care of my dogs! She sent me updates on how they were doing and even sent pictures. Her attention to detail and level of care is top notch. One of my dogs is getting older and gets too nervous and anxious when we board him. We actually had to cut our last trip short because the vet called and said he wasn't doing well due to anxiety. I took my two chihuahuas to be groomed and have their nails clipped, the works. They were calm and relaxed when I picked them up; that means a lot to me. Manager attempted to interject but kept interrupting me. At that point, I was checked out. He stated he would inquire and call. No attempt to fix it right then. They have live cameras (accessible through the web site) in all areas to watch your kids throughout the day. They ensure all vaccinations are current so your dog will be safe and complete temperament tests before your dog interacts with the pack. My boy was recently adopted from the Animal Defense League and he was so scared. I am sure he never experienced Doggy daycare before. They were patient with him and loved on him as if he was their own. When he got really nervous they separated him and gave him some space. He is now a regular several times a week. They have great financial packages, offer tons of services and soon they will opening the area to wash your own doggies. So I used to come here all the time for my feed and chicks, I even liked stopping by just to look…read more But after recently I stopped going for a few reasons. 1) Other than knowing where items are in the store, there is a giant lack of knowledge when it comes to how to care for animals and what you should buy for them to keep them healthy. I don't work here and I know way more about chicks than anyone working there. 2) I get situations where the employees are careless and pushy to get things over with, but this isn't always the case. I do know some individuals that I will go there just to say hi to even though I'm not buying anything. 3) the prices are more that tractor supply due to them being privately owned and their variety for chicks is small. 4) My last straw was when I came in to buy a chick, and what I bought was not at all what they advertised it to be. I bought a blue Cochin pullet to add to my flock of ladies. Months go buy and the chick started looked absolutely nothing like the breed, and it started showing signs of a rooster. It grew up to be a male cross bred chicken that was completely white and it was seriously mean to the point of leaving scratched on my mom. I wasn't offered anything in return for the mixed bread (which it was supposed to be pure bred Cochin). So at this point I just gave him away and never got chicks from them again. You shouldn't be selling cross breeds for the price of pure bred. My assumption is that he was a blue Cochin mixed with a white silkie.
