the place has a very nice interior, lovely decorations and i love the pink vibe. the drink are also pretty good! which makes it very unfortunate that the few times that i've been here the service was not good at all. we come in and don't even get greeted, when we go up to the counter the girls never say "how can i help you" or "what can i get you" they just wait for us to talk first. on top of that once we order they don't even say "thank you your drink will be right out" or something like that, they just simply turn around and start making the drinks. when they asked us what flavor of cold foam wanted, we asked what flavors they had and they simply pointed to the board and said "the flavors are right there". in my opinion it's just very rude, i've see other reviews that say the same. i'm not looking to get treated like royalty but those things are just basic customer service. it's unfortunate because it was exciting to have a nice cafe here on the north side but this has happened to me on multiple occasions, and it just makes the experience so awkward and uncomfortable read more

The cafe itself is cute and a nice place to chat. I'm happy that there's a place like this in North Las Vegas and I've come here three times to try different items. Unfortunately, this place was not for me due to the taste/flavor of coffee being absent in the basic hot lattes. Definitely too much milk and not enough coffee. As for their specialty drinks, it was delicious. I tried the coco puff iced drink and it was sweet but good and I could taste the coffee. We also bought an ice cream which was okay as well. I would recommend coming to this place to get one of their sweet speciality drinks to see for yourself. As for a daily coffee spot, I don't recommend. One suggestion I do have is that it would help if the staff greeted the people coming in. I think I would keep coming if the staff were attentive. read more

What a cute little corner cafe in the slums of Vegas. It's like a diamond in the rough with all that aesthetically pleasing pink. My boyfriend was drawn here because of the gansito latte, it did not disappoint. He loved the presentation and the taste. I was pleased with the service, very friendly and sincere. Inside the place is very cute and cozy! However I do think customer service can be better. We were greeted in but that was it. The girl waited for us to say something and when it came to paying she told us our total and walked away to begin making the drinks. I felt it was a bit rude she didn't wait and asked if I wanted a receipt or anything. (Not sure if she just picks and chooses who they want to fully attend because the customers after us, they fully attended and stayed until they handed them the receipt) the lattes are okay. Mazapán latte was a bit bland and tasted like milk. The gansito latte was not the best. Flavor was not there taste like watered down coffee. Lastly, the bagel was good taste just like any other bagel sandwich you can get elsewhere, they did mess up our sandwich orders. Super cute coffee place which was very much needed! It's a bright pink building so you can't miss it. Parking is iffy with the construction going on right next door. They were out of certain ingredients for the Biscoff latte (bummer) so I ordered the Cocoa Puffs mocha latte. It was so good. $1 up charge for oat milk though. My 20oz was over $8. My mom ordered regular coffee with hazelnut and cream. It was super tasty she said. We also ordered a pumpkin scone which looked delicious but was actually stale. I told my mom to dunk it in her hot coffee, lol I think the lady helping us was not having a good day, we were not greeted when walking in nor offered any smiles or explanations about anything. No one else was there so it was just my mom and I. I want to support a Latina owned business so I will stop by again but it is a bit pricy so I will make it a treat for every now and then. read more

This is the cutest pink coffee shop and SOOO happy to finally see a spot like this on my side of town!! a small women owned business run by sisters Ali and Esme! They were sooo sweet and attentive to us and just opened in march! I was blown away walking in this doesn't feel like Vegas at all. You can tell by the detail in everything here it was carefully thought out and chosen. They have limited table seating in here, and the parking is a little tight , since there seems to be construction near the area. so plan for that when coming. When you see the full pink building you are in the right spot! They told me it was their mom's vision of having a coffee shop. They have many coffee options, speciality drinks and refreshers. I opted for the mango dragon fruit refresher and it was absolutely delicious! It had the perfect amount of sweetness without being over bearing. I also got the ham croissant and it was delicious as well. I advised them the only thing I would love to see are gluten free options which they considered! You place your order at the front counter, pay, find seating, and it is brought out to you. We opted for the dragon fruit refresher, biscoff latte, and avocado toast. That dragon fruit refresher was really flavorful. Interior is very quaint. There are 5 tables each are 2 tops I believe, plus there is a photo op area right at the front. I came in on a Saturday morning, I kept seeing this cafe pop up on tik tok so decided to check it out. Boy was I so disappointed the customer service is lacking. When I walked in I was just stared at like I was bothering them. When my order was ready she just set coffee down on the counter & walked away. You never know if it's someone's first time visiting so at least make them feel welcomed, so they can potentially turn into a regular. How do expect to run a coffee business if you aren't friendly ! I want to start off by saying the food and drinks are great! But what throws it all off is the service; the girls were super rude and sassy. I have been there a few times and had been attended by older ladies the first time and it was a 10 out of 10 experience with them. But this time was terrible; my friends and I waited over an hour for our sandwiches and drinks when there was literally no orders before us. They didn't even ask if we were getting the items to dine in or to go once I received my order I let them know that our orders weren't to go and once I said that the slow sandwich maker said "oh hell no". After we finished eating one of my friends took the plates in and asked the ladies where did they want him to put the plates and one of them mumbled "there a trash can over there for a reason". This place has a cute aesthetic but the moment you walk in, it not only smells nasty like sewage but the workers (who I think are also the owners) are so unfriendly and lack good customer service. They don't greet you or ask if you have any questions about the drinks, they don't even ask if you're ready to order. Not a single friendly face in there. We were there on Sunday afternoon with my husband & kids ..... this place is Disgusting !!! I definitely would NOT recommend this cafe. I was so disappointed !!! Staring with the smell as soon as we walked in the place smells like sewer very unsanitary !!! The service was horrible !! the two girls there totally ignored all of us !! ( Seriously the sewer smell was disgusting!! ) we waited outside even tho it was super cold we had no choice ! We were then expecting for them to come out & let us know our drinks were ready but instead we waited & waited...... we were never notified that our drinks were ready !! I finally decide to come back in to check & see if our drinks were ready but they were just left at the counter, I could clearly hear the girls inside a back room which I assume is the kitchen area, whispering & giggling! I then grab the drinks. !! The cold ice drinks were warm & had no taste and to top it off they forgot to make one of the drinks !! We went back out side to try to enjoy but they were absolutely disgusting all the drinks were basically undrinkable !!! even the Americano we left all the drinks on top of one of the small dusty table outside & left !!!
