Lucky, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made sure we were set with mopeds for the entire week. The mopeds ran perfectly with zero issues. Since these mopeds aren't meant to be driven continuously for hours at a time, we made sure to stop periodically, which honestly worked out perfectly since it was our first time on the island and we wanted to explore and enjoy different spots along the way. We were able to ride within the allowed areas, including to the beautiful Lanikai Beach and Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens without any problems. (I 100% recommend doing the Botanical Garden on the mopeds over a car, it is absolutely life changing!) The service was excellent, and we especially loved that they allowed us to park the mopeds overnight at their location, which helped us avoid expensive hotel parking fees. Hands down the only moped company I'd trust! Great prices, great service, and an overall amazing experience!

Very knowledgeable about all the different mopeds and items in the shop. We didn't know anything about mopeds and he was able to educate us fully on everything we needed to know as a first time moped owner. We were able to purchase 1 moped (with an alarm system equipped), 1 helmet, safety inspection complete, registration complete (good for a year), phone mount, and a heavy duty bike lock. The total cost including those listed items + tax was about $1,800. If you are interested in purchasing a moped for the first time, I highly recommend you go to this shop. The pricing is fair and the person running the shop will have all the answers to any questions you might have. It's a one stop shop for everything and you will be able to ride that moped out the store after purchasing with them. BONUS: there's free parking located in the lot behind the building the shop is in.

Ok fine, couldn't open the lockbox for my husbands scooter, 10 mins waiting to hear back by text. They may or may not answer the phone. We will get to that later. New lockbox, get the code and key, husbands scooter has a disconnected hose. Another 20 mins waiting for another lockbox code. Finally, we're off. Thank god. We get to the beach. Hang out for a bit and decide to move on. Nope, my scooter wouldn't start. Another 30 mins texting and calling no answer when I called.... I rented them and used my number... surprise, they answered when my husband called from his phone. They told him. I'd need to uber back to the pick up spot, to get a new one. I said at this point I'm over it, just give us a refund, we had the scooters all if an hour and spent an hour waiting around. They said oh we will extend your rental for free for another day, sorry no refunds. Whatever. Next day (my birthday)we scoot to breakfast about a mile away. Ok everything is ok. No issue, we go to leave and my husband's scooter won't start. Another 20 mins waiting for an answer. We finally get the thing started. Praise Jesus. We stop at the store. Guess what? Husbands scooter doesn't start again. Nope, I'm done, luckily we are across the street from the drop off spot. We dumped them so fast. No apologies, no nothing and no refund. Not to mention their scooters are all busted up and obviously not maintained. Dangerous was of doing business. We paid $160 for a few good hours of scooting. Not the greatest service or experience for sure. Straight up not having a good time. Do not recommend at all. Horrible service.

We were planning a day of sightseeing. We wanted the company to pick up both scooters so we could continue our day and Uber to other places. They would not. Instead they insisted one of us ride the scooter back to where we picked it up and the other Uber. Waiting for an Uber, riding back to town separately was disappointing to say the least. They charged us $53 for the time we had the scooter and we had to pay the Uber to return back. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Shitty customer service. Shitty looking and driving scooters. Do not waste your time at this rental place. Too many other rental companies to consider.
