This location is inside the International Marketplace (2nd floor) in Waikiki. They have outposts on other islands but looks like this is there only one on Oahu! This location offers slingshot (the three wheeled Polaris) and motorcycle rentals. We walked up instead of booking online. We noticed that there were so many extra fees (e.g +$25 if you want to guarantee automatic transmission etc) so we figured we'd take our chances! The process was pretty easy and instructions were brief as it was basically like driving a really low convertible. We opted for the 4 hour rental which was $249. Not terrible seeing that an Uber one way to some places are like $50. So we cruised up to north shore and enjoyed the scenery. Just to warn you, when you're driving at 50mph on the highway and it starts to pour, it kind of feels like being pelted with hail. Haha luckily, the rain goes just as quickly as it comes!! It was a fun little ride.

Great service and great staff…read more I've come back to Boca multiple times even though it's out of the way because they always had good feedback or little tips to share with me. I first went to get a bike fitting but didn't end up charging me cause it was already so close. I ended coming back and ordering other online parts and for more racing advice for the season. Great shop, great people

So I damaged my rear carbon fiber Reserve wheel. I called up reserve to see about a warranty…read morereplacement. I took a photo and they sent out a replacement but it needed to be built using my old hub. So they had me go to a local Cervelo dealer with a claim number that would bill them for the labor. I sent Boca a note and the owner got back to me quickly saying that he had two great in house wheel builders. Perfect. So I went to drop off my wheel on a Saturday. The guy at the counter seemed confused because I was doing warranty work on a wheel not purchased at Boca. So I explained to him Reserve is a Cervelo brand. And Reserve gave me a claim number they could input in their computer to have the labor paid for since I supplied all the parts. He still seemed a bit uncertain but he took the wheels (new and damaged). I filled out a slip but didn't receive a receipt, which made me a little uneasy since this was my first time in the store. He said 2-4 days. Not hearing from Boca, I called the following Friday. The guy who answered had no idea what I was talking about and just said it would be another couple of days. So I'm legit worried now. I emailed Boca again just to ensure I did everything right (no response this time). But I get a call back later that day from Boca--I guess the guy went into the back to look for my wheel or whatever--and he's like they're just waiting on Cervelo to give them the ok to do the claim so that their builder gets paid. I was like Reserve gave me a claim number and I wrote it on the slip I had to fill out (and in my email). The next Tuesday/Wednesday, I receive a call from Boca saying the wheel was ready for pickup. So a week and a half versus the 2-4 days I was originally promised. I'm sure the delay had everything to do with the whole claim system or whatever for the labor cost. But I'm out riding again. The wheel feels great so far. I have zero complaints. I think the builder did a great job and I'm glad they were able to sort out whatever they needed to so I could get back on the road. If I was in the market for a Cervelo, I'd definitely give Boca my business. Mostly pleasant experience. But I would have preferred to get some sort of receipt when I dropped off my wheels initially.

I live near multiple Biki stations in the heart of Waikiki and I so frequently see empty stations. Not a single bike available. I used to have the same issue when I would ride Biki to work, then get stuck at work because all the stations near the university were empty. I ended up not staying on my commuter plan and just purchasing a ride here or there as I needed. But I've found that between having my own bicycle and using TheBus when I don't want to take my bike somewhere, my needs are covered ... and I still see empty Biki stations around. I really hope the city can help infuse much-needed funds into repurchasing bikes so that they are available for riders.

One brake didn't work, the other was full on (and grinding) or nothing. The head bearings were so loose the handlebar and front wheel rocked back and forth several cm. The chain skipped while pedaling. I am a keen cyclist and amateur bike mechanic of 40+ years. I know that this all didn't happen overnight - these bikes cannot be properly maintained. Now reading all the horror stories of overcharging on Yelp - I am glad I video'd my bike locked securely at the end of my ride, and pray I don't have to deal with that hassle too. I'd love this to be a success story, we need more safe and effective bicycle options, but right now sadly, Biki is not helping the cause.
