The last time I bought something here was March 17. Since I was visiting the gun store next-door I decided to give it another try because 17 March was awful. I did not write a review. So I walked over today and ordered the same caramel frappe at least that's what it looks like. It tastes the same as all the other ones that I ordered in January and February. Then I didn't get good Customer Service, with kid at the window. Mind you Starbucks is right across the street. If I didn't have to cross over Highway 280 to get to Starbucks that's exactly where I would have went. Shaking my head. There's a reason that I haven't been to Scooters since March 17 and guess what I will not be going back after June 15 today. You have lost a customer for life. It tastes just like 7 brew which means they buy their ingredients and everything else from the same vendor. Nothing is different between scooters and seven brew. But here are my top three places to order if you're looking for any kind of coffee drinks. Each one tastes differently, which is the point! 1. The Bullet 2 Starbucks 3. McDonald's Frappes I am sick and tired of these places, charging all this money and Customer Service is not good and the food or drinks is not good. I will write a review every time. I had a terrible experience today at Scooters and I am not happy. I just think everyone should know considering I spent $8.55 for a coffee drink with terrible Customer Service. read more

Scoot around to Scooter's whenever you want your daily coffee or just a treat in general. I stopped here the other day to take advantage of a Mother's Day reward in my app. I ordered the banana cream matcha (iced) and the peanut butter crunch blender. They were out of XL cups so they accommodated me with a small and large of each selection. This allowed me to share the love with a couple of strangers because I refused to carry around 4 cups. Lol Service is always great and items are consistent. Can always count on Scooter's. read more

As a peanut butter fan, I was delighted to see a peanut butter frappacino. Ordered the sausage and cheese egg bites -- 10x better than the ones they serve at Starbucks. The drink was so creamy and refreshing. I need a Scooters near me!! read more

I went to this cute little place for the morning energy to get my WFH day started! I ordered on the app and it was super easy to use. I ordered the Electric Peach Infusion... AWESOME!!!! If you like sweet drinks, you'll love this place. This was my first time at Scooter's, but now that I know they had drinks like Red Bull, I have to go back. I also ordered the everything bagel breakfast sandwich and it was pretty good. I also want to add that they had a prize wheel at the window when we pulled up. They spun the wheel for us and I won a free bag of coffee!!!! That is so cool. Thank you, Scooter's for a great experience! Was nearby with a friend grabbing Breakfast when we thought a coffee would be a nice touch to the morning. The allure of a drive-thru coffee place was too alluring to pass up! There was no line so service in all was pretty speedy from start to finish. I did feel a bit rushed to order as I was looking through all of their options and ended up just picking at random, but that's probably more of a me issue! I ended up picking a hot turtle latte- it was very good! Not as nutty as I would expect in a turtle latte, but still very rich in its mocha and caramel flavors. It stayed hot all throughout the rest of my friend and I's catch up, and the coffee cup packaging is super cute! Don't know if I see myself coming back for the coffee itself, but more of for a semi-cool thing to show my fellow coffee lovers one time. read more

The service here is so amazing literally every time I go. I had to download their app so I could start tipping them because their attitude was always infectious and got my morning off on the right foot. As far as food, I tried their maple waffle sandwich and their caramelicious muffin. I won't lie, the food isn't terrible, but it's not anything to write home about. I wouldn't recommend coming here specifically for the food. BUT the coffee is good, and they have a lot of different options. I've tried the caramelicious iced latte, the iced cinnamon toast crunch latte, the autumn latte, & their cold brew. They were all really good. I recommend them, but I will say that they are on the sweeter side, so if you don't like coffee where the sugar is prominent, these aren't the drinks for you. My fav was the cinnamon toast crunch latte. As far as ambiance, it's a drive thru coffee shop so there's not really much ambiance to talk about. Prices are similar to starbucks prices. Don't expect cheap coffee here. read more

I came here yesterday in the middle of a shopping trip on 280. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and was not disappointed. It is very small and only offers a drive thru. I was the only customer there on a Wednesday afternoon. There were two ladies working. They were super kind, and I was pleasantly surprised by how cute the coffee cup I got was. I ordered a large medium brew coffee with a splash of coconut milk and sugar. My dad and I actually split it once I got home. There was a full cup of coffee in the large for each of us to enjoy. We ended up adding more creamer and sugar to our coffees to get it more to our liking, but nevertheless the coffee was great! read more

I go out of my way to get to scooters vs any other coffee/smoothie place. The staff is incredible. They are always so kind to me and my children. We have received many fun stickers & even sunglasses from the sweet young employees there. They always ask me about my day and greet us with big smiles and good conversation. The 3 donuts for a dollar is a hit with my kiddos and the coffee is just superior to anywhere else. I will always support this small business and they are the first i recommend! read more
