Years ago I came to this Scooter's on a regular basis to get frozen yogurt. When they stopped selling it, I quit going. Was recently in the area and decided to stop in for a cappuccino. Service was fast and friendly and my drink tasted great. Since my last visit they've added two rental offices which I think is a great idea. Mediocre at best. Coffee was Dunkin' donuts variety. Food was average. Atmosphere was ok.

This is the pretzel snacker. It costs ~$5.00 and looks nothing like the picture. These are burnt little rectangles of dough... Rock hard and not a speck of salt! The fun part about the cheese sauce... Not even warm. My son was at work and asked me to get him a blended s'more drink, which he loves. I saw this on the menu and decided to get it for myself and I will not make that mistake again. read more

14 June 23 around 12:00 : I ordered a matcha latte cold from the drive through. I had told them easy on the ice and with coconut milk. The barista, if you wanna call her that said "alright". She may have been high actually, come to think of it, she sounded like it. The drink comes out jammed packed with ice, there was hardly any drink in it at all. The drink wasn't even mixed properly and all the matcha powder was in the bottom, no coconut milk either. Bloody disgusting. Not sure what was going on inside but this is getting an unsat from me. This is the second time I went here and receive a poor product. I always give a place two chances just in case the first time was and off chance/bad day etc. Second time though, I'm off to another. I don't have the time for sub par products. I'm going to to Elevate Coffee (roughly about .25 miles down the road), next time. read more

The best Baristas in Nebraska work at this Scooters location. This is the closest location to my house and I'm extremely grateful for that. These ladies (never seen a male here before) are always smiling, professional, greet you upon entrance and wish you a nice day on the way out. Finally checked this franchise out when I needed coffee and a gift card. The store was empty compared to the packed mile long drive-thru line. The girl working the counter was super friendly and assisted me in my questions and purchases. I was in out with gift cards and coffee in less than 3 minutes. I didn't make the best selection for my drink that day but will be back to try something different. read more

Ever since the remodel, Capehart location quality has gone downhill. This morning's breakfast sandwich is the worst in a string of terrible products coming out of the drive thru. I know they try to do their best and when there is a long line, poor product is understood, but when no one is waiting, there is simply no excuse. I love scooters! When visiting Omaha on a work trip myself and my coworkers came here to grab coffee and a quick breakfast. The breakfast options are pretty basic such as muffins and bagel sandwiches. I had the turkey sausage sandwich one morning and the bacon one another and they were both okay and comparable to Dunkin's options. What was really good here was the pumpkin spice latte. I love that I was able to opt for oat milk and when it was ready I was excited to try it. It was delicious and not overly sweet. The staff here were really friendly and helpful making the experience all around a good one. read more

So, my wife is pretty much addicted to Scooter's mocha blenders, so we stop by many of the local Scooters several times a week. The products taste about the same no matter where we go, but I've noticed a tremendous difference in quality of service depending on which Scooter's we visit. This one, on Capehart Road is BY FAR the best of them all in the local area. The people taking the orders always seem to get it right and the people at the window are always very friendly, professional, and cheerful. And they get our orders correct without having to ask again when we get to the window. I don't think we've ever gotten an incorrect order here. I love this Scooter's location! It's better than the others in Bellevue. I go out of my way to got to this location because they are head and shoulders better than the other locations. Their customer service is always outstanding and they seem that actually care when you ask questions. Today was no different except they went above and beyond their amazing normal. I ordered a new drink the cold brew with cream. The picture was blended so my ignorance I just assumed. They gave me a iced one and I said oh I thought it came blended. Without Hesitation they started me a new one blended and gave it to me no charge. Especially since it was my bad For not ordering it correctly I was shocked and so delighted that they went above and beyond it again reinforces why I go out of my way to go to that particular location and get my coffee. Great sit-down place just across the street from work. Get their iced coffees and breakfast burritos (try out their Bacon burrito as well as their Southwestern) if crunched for time over lunch. This place could in fact be one of the quickest places I've been to for coffee, if doing the drive-thru for sure it seems to take less than a minute start-to-finish. Their staff have always been really nice and accommodating, great job guys!! read more

At this scooters, it's kind of a "hit or miss" situation as to whether or not I get the coffee I ordered. When I order in the drive thru, I always make them repeat back my order. Sometimes, when I get to the window I ask them "is this sugar free with skim milk?" Sometimes they say yes, sometimes they say no. I don't really get it, especially if they repeated back my order at the order window. Usually though, if the order is right, it tastes great. If not, I don't drink it, but I don't complain. They always seem like their in a rush. read more

I have tried to like Scooters, I really have. I just cannot get down with all the hype. I find all their drinks to be overly sweet and lacking any trace of coffee. My skinny carmelicious latte tasted like lukewarm barely flavored milk, my snickerdoodle latte was too hot to drink for about 30 mins and bland, their smoothies are wayyyy too sweet (they are made with ice cream unless you specify fruit and ice). I have even tried to simplify my beverage by ordering an iced vanilla coffee with cream, my drink was nothing but cream with a dash of coffee. I did enjoy their self serve frozen yogurt, but they no longer offer yogurt. If you enjoy super sweet or bland beverages this is your place. If you actually enjoy coffee and want to taste it in your drink then no reason to stop here. read more

So much better than Starbucks, Peet's, etc. Their lattes are great. Snickers latte is the way to go. Their flavored black coffee is also pretty awesome and I usually hate flavored coffee.
