Tsao Cha is a great spot to try, I've been here a decent enough time to leave a good review. The service is consistent. Staff is always very friendly and informative when ordering. The establishment is always very clean and it's in a nice part of Bellevue. I always order the brown sugar milk tea Boba it's my absolute favorite. My husband gets a strawberry version of what I get. I have yet to try the food, but when it comes to their drinks, it's amazing. Would absolutely recommend to any Boba lovers out there. read more

I first stumble upon tsao cha in Pennsylvania and I'm so glad it's available here in NE! It's my fav tea-dessert place as I love fruit tea. Their fruit tea is fresh and flavorful as I usually do no sugar, so I can taste more of the original taste of the tea without the sugar influence. The fruits are fresh and the tea is of quite good quality as compared to many that I've tried. My wife and I walked in and saw whole fruits and other ingredients this is not a surprise because their drinks are very refreshing. Leah grew up in Bellevue and is happy to see something like this in city and sees it as an indicator that the city is continuing to diversify! All the folks were inside too so we knew it was gonna be good before we even ordered! Leah got the brown sugar fresh milk and I ordered the mango purée tea. This visit we had finally caved to try the wings as they are a bit pricy but ended up being well worth it. Meaty, juicy, flavorful and hard to share! Loved this place the first few times I went, but somehow the place is going downhill fast. The drinks and icecream are great but don't order the wings unless you are ready to WAIT. They are very upfront about the wings taking 15-20 minutes. I understand it can get busy. But after waiting 30 minutes just for our drinks, they asked if we had anything else and we reconfirmed the rest of our order- one icecream and a 10 pc chicken. Finished our drink, another 20 minutes has passed. Finally decided to check up on the rest of our order only to find out they had not started. I am so confused on how they got us our drinks but lost the rest of our order. I don't know if it was the kiosk messed up or poor order management, but I am embarrassed after hyping this place up and bringing my friends only to have our time wasted for orders we had to get must of it refunded. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant. Went in for lunch yesterday with my mom for her birthday. Opened at 1130, when in and they said it would be an hour for chicken as they had just started marinating it. 40 minutes later they said it would be another hour. So no chicken that day, the waffles were ok. Ordered online and went back the next day in the afternoon. Walked in, two other people in the lobby. No one made eye contact with me or said a greeting of any kind. After standing there about 3 minutes, a person came up and handed me a bag saying "Here." Horrible customer service. So this chicken has to be pretty good right? For $10 a 6-piece it should be. It was not Korean Fried Chicken. It was not double fried. There was no crunch. There was no gochujang in the sauce. The sauce was almost flavorless. Buffalo Wild Wings has superior chicken for less. Will not ever be going back to this store and will actively warn people of it's existence.
