They also brought three varieties of hot sauce, which I tasted (all good), but did not actually put on my fries (didn't feel like it needed it). The Carnitas was delicious and tender, the fries were perfect, and there were generous helpings of guacamole, pico and cheese distributed pretty evenly over it all. This thing was huge. Enough for two people. But did I eat it all by myself? Yes, I did. Almost all of it. I didn't want any of it to go to waste! Service was fast and friendly, the whole place, including the bathroom, was clean and I would definitely stop there again if in the area.

The bartender finally came back and handed me my check. In which my meal after tip (yes I still tipped 20%) was $40. So that being said I paid $40 for a small saucer of veggies because I didn't even eat the steak. Unfortunately from what people all over the Douglas area says is that the Derby has probably the worst steak in Town, I can understand the one off meal but the service is by far sub par and management should consider teaching their bartenders/servers that excellent service get customers to come back.

The line never stopped moving, the orders got filled almost as quickly as a normal day at any given McDonald's, they didn't run out, and they kept a smiel on their face.
