After this experience I asked my daughter who had tried this place a couple of times too, how her experiences were and unfortunately she had similar issues. So if you try this place, make sure you have a lot of time to wait. Personally I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

The burger was tasty and done right but there was a sort of smoked taste...possibly from the onions. Fries are good. I had ordered a regular coke and I think she brought out a diet coke. She said she would take it back and get a regular coke but I told her just to bring a half and half tea. She came back with a regular coke. My order was the last one and when she came to the table she said it wasn't correct...so went back and re-ordered another burger. While I was waiting she brought me out my fries. Finally the burger did come out after half the group was almost finished. Then it came time to pay. Everytime we go here we have to deal with the Kiosks on the table. We usually have anywhere from 5-11 guys at lunch ant it's always a hassle trying to figure out what kiosk has what order. It's really not that hard as the receipt has the table # and order # on it....but today all of our orders were mostly put on one kiosk. I was the first to use the machine and logged in with my rewards number. Found my receipt, added my tip, scanned my card and then the machine said it was analyzing my credit card, then popped up and said your check wasn't ready yet...wait a few minutes. I tried this four times. Finally passed it to someone else and they tried it several times. It finally worked for him. I got it back, tried it three more times and got the same message. Finally i just gave my credit card to the waitress and paid with my bill. Last time I'll use it. Our overall rating was a 3.0.

All were very fresh and tasted good, especially the cheddar cheese. The burger itself was pretty tasteless. It was pretty round and looked like it had come on the back of a truck prepackaged. The fries tasted good but were not exactly piping hot. I am not surprised to see other reviews here are mediocre at best.
