Customer service here is fantastic! I can't stress enough how positive and happy the employees are who work here, every time I drive through there's always a smile waiting for me at the window. Now, I also must say that I don't come at the "normal coffee time" but, I have been in the mid-morning and early afternoon and there's never a line. Besides the fabulous people who make the coffees (most of who are teenagers but, that doesn't matter to me when the drinks are executed well and when the attitudes of employees are so optimistic) the coffee itself is creative and tasty. I love the special flavors Scooters pumps out and the fun collaborations they do. I've tried drinks from the Candy Land collection as well as a Lucky Charms latte and most recently a Little Debbie Oatmeal Pie latte, all were delicious. But, if you're not a fan of sweet coffee then I wouldn't recommend some of their special flavors. However, they have a variety of sugar free options. For fall, the oatmeal pie latte was a perfect cozy drink that evoked a childhood memory of a lunchbox favorite and came topped with a teeny tiny mini chewy oatmeal cookie (how freaking cute is that?). The Grandma Nut Latte, from the candy land collab was flavorful and the nutty toasty flavor paired well with the coffee. The Lucky Charms latte was a flavor explosion of marshmallow sugary goodness and definitely reminded me of a bowl of cereal milk swirled with coffee, of course it was topped with a sprinkling of the magically delicious cereal itself. Also, the pumpkin pie cheesecake bites were divine, very sweet but the coldness of the inside paired with the thick layer of the outer white chocolate shell played on two textures, creamy and soft with crunchy. It was quite a nice experience. Other than that fall treat I haven't tried any more food from Scooters but, I'm definitely game to try some of their savory options the next time I'm grabbing a drink. read more

This place is disappointing somehow. Coffee is never very good, they don't ask questions if you want cream or sugar, and the breakfast burritos for what they charge you are a total scam. I don't know how I get Condon to thinking that somehow it will be better when I go, I might as well go to Quiktrip, the prices are more down to Earth, it's far more convenient, and there's no wait. Stopped here on my way to work and there were 3 cars ahead of me. And 5 cars on the other side of the drive through. The wait was so long. This was at 6:30am. Definitely needs more staffing. They were taking the order at the window and then having to make it - no process or an actually drive through. Multiple people in line left because of the long wait. Waited in line for 10 mins and then took another 3 min for me to get my drink. These poor workers. This is a reminder of why I never stop here before work. read more

We've been to this little drive thru multiple times. The service is always crazy fast, and super friendly. Orders always come out correct, and the food and drinks are exactly what we've come to expect. This location does it right! I live down the street and go to this place a couple times a month, usually it's pretty good. Today I got the worst coffee I think I've ever had.. it was supposed to be a pumpkin foam cold brew.. what I got was a milky watery tasting liquid with no ice in it and little foam. It tasted like a drink that has been sitting for a long time. Disappointing to say the least. read more

The crew here has an amazing attitude, even in 4 degree weather. They even sometimes will come out to the cars waiting in line to take their order to start on their drinks before they get to the window. They literally have the best customer service of any coffee joint I've gone to, sit down or drive-thru. The smiles, the personal upbeat attitude, they are great. However, if the coffee wasn't good I wouldn't be so loyal. Lol. Scooters chain consistently has better coffee than Starbucks, Caribou Coffee, Duncan Donuts, and others. Meaning I can rely that my coffee will usually always taste great at any Scooters I go to. But this Scooters specifically has never served me a bad cup. I spend too much there on a daily basis! Overpriced, bad customer service, not the greatest coffee. The first time I went through, the cheerful lady upselled me to one of their loyalty cards. I went back a second time, bought my hubby and I two lattees, which they completely messed up. They added all the flavorings to one, and none in the other. Due to my inability to tolerate sugar, it made one if our drinks completely undrinkable. When I went back to tell them, I was told "thanks for telling us, we'll get it right next time". Really? That's it? I went back a 3rd time, and explained to another person what happened, after they cheerfully asked me to reload my card. They then suggested I try another location. (That girl was filling in for that store). I still have money left on my card, but will not go back. I was polite, but they showed no remorse in screwing up an $8 coffee order, and sending me on my way. I was hoping to make this little place my special indulgence, but that's not happening! I wish there was another drive up place close by where I could get a perfectly balanced latte to brighten my day. :( read more

I can only speak about the service and their Iced coffee since that is all I've ever gotten there. Iced coffee is decently priced compared to other coffee shops in the area, but is not the best either.
