Mmm, not really, but if you share your preferences or details with the friendly servers, then I bet you'll end up satisfied with your order. What about prices? Have you seen the cost of things nowadays? Yeah, the pricing is on par with other options, but your selection of literally a zillion flavor possibilities gets kind of unique. The product is often better, too. And I don't see Seattle rolling out energy beverages too often, so there's that. It's a really good option for anyone who has pressing time needs, but still wants something on the go. I had never been to this place before, only dutch bros, which has a similar drive thru style for coffee. Upon entering, i was greeting with a friendly girl who explained their specialty drinks and recommended the blondie since I enjoy vanilla coffee. She was super sweet and looked happy to be there, as did all of the staff. I also enjoyed having my window rolled down while going thru the line because they had some nice soothing music playing in the background. The wait time was less than 5 minutes with a bunch of cars!! I can see why this is a popular place due to the friendly staff, quick times, and tasty drinks. I enjoyed the taste of the blondie because it wasn't too sweet (it was the perfect light brown color IYKYK). Definitely will be back to try other drinks!! read more

I was so excited for this one! I was in the area and saw it and immediately turned around to go. I've heard such great things all over social media so I knew I needed to give it a go. This coffee stop is fast and yummy! I asked the employee what creamy, sweet coffee drink she recommended and she told me to go with the classic blondie latte and add cold foam (I also added toasted marshmallow for a fall flavor), it was delicious of course. They had such a wide variety of drinks, the only thing is I was not offered a menu to look over, not sure if they have one? Looked like they had some amazing kind of refresher drinks or sodas, not sure but they looked like my kind of drink!! Can't wait to come back and try more! read more

Now I love a coffee shop that has lots of sugar-free options.. 10 sugar-free syrups and sauces, are you kidding me? Haha. As a diabetic myself, I was in for a treat. They have everything from classics to fizzy drinks to energy drinks to smoothies to shakes andddd so much more! Plus, you can customize everything. It will simply blow your mind. This fab 7 Brews is right next to I-435, and they are a drive thru only location with the sweetest staff. Service is pretty fast as well!! My go-to drink is the Brunette, made with sugar free hazelnut, caramel, and mocha syrup in breve. I've had this drink at all temperatures from kids temp to drinkable temp to very hot temp and it tastes amazing every single time! First time at a 7 Brew Coffee drive through! The service was super quick, despite a line in the drive through. All of the employees I interacted with were very friendly too. I ordered my classic iced vanilla latte. It's good! Next time I'll probably order a smaller size to see if that makes it a bit more sweeter. Very easy to get in and out with your drink order. Edit: I heard back again from 7Brew after I informed them that this was unacceptable and that I would be updating all reviews with this info and letting the BBB know. They gave me my 9 earned free drinks and 500 pts back (that means I had bought 95 large drinks from them to earn them). I'm leaving this review for transparency and info for anyone who may be experiencing this situation. I'll change my rating up to 3 stars bc I do appreciate the person who fixed this with appropriate, good customer service. Unfortunately, I have to update this review. I went to 7Brew to get a coffee a few nights ago. I tried to login to my rewards account where I had at least 7 free drinks I had earned over the past year. I couldn't login. I learned that 7Brew decided to create a new system recently. It said on their website that I should sign up for a new account and all my points would be transferred over. Nothing was there when I signed up. I bought my drink and was told by the people there that I should contact corporate. I did and was told by corporate since I had not transferred my points over by December 27 (I tried on Jan 9 , 13 days later) that I could not have my points and free drinks back. I checked and there was no notification to my telephone # that was used for my account. Zero notification that this was happening. I consider this a fraudulent business practice. The company lured you in to buy their product but then did not hold up what they promised. This has been a common practice with 7Brew I've learned over time. They do these promotions to lure people to come to get their product but then you get there and they claim it was just the first 100 customers. They neglected to put that anywhere you can see it in their online marketing to lure you in. Most customers never get the promotion. I will be reporting this practice to the Better Business Bureau and I urge anyone else that had this happen to them to do so as well. Businesses should be held accountable and while there's not too much we can do, we can report egregious behavior to the BBB. With enough legitimate complaints, their rating will go down which will have an impact on their capacity for loans and investments. They have lost a customer. There's plenty of places to get coffee that don't treat their customers like garbage. Besides this last coffee I bought tasted like water flavored with a bit of coffee so I won't be missing much. read more

It definitely was not 1/4 sweet which is unfortunate because both the woman that took my order and the woman that gave me my drink confirmed 1/4 sweet. Good selection of coffee I like to have the fact that you could choose your level of sweetness I choose medium to be safe. The lowest level of sweetness didn't taste very well to me. Been here twice now and everytime, the drink has been surprisingly good. I drive by the shop every morning and there's always a huge line so I never bothered to try it. I had more time this week so I got in line and it took about 15min the first time and 5min the second time, which is super fast for a drive thru! I ordered the matching latte and it was really good-and I'm pretty picky about my matcha. It had great matcha flavor while not being too sweet. I ordered the blondie because I heard it was their most popular drink. I asked for it to be half sweetened and it was perfect! I honestly had very low expectations for this place and though it was one of those coffee shops that pours a bunch of sugar I their drinks but to my surprise, I love it and the coffee is actually good! read more

I'm a chai girl. And the closest coffee shop to me is Scooters, though their chai is dreadful. So I was happy to have this spot open up on the way to work. I have gotten a bit addicted to their chai, it's better than Starbucks too - though that doesn't say much. I don't really love how everyone is running up to cars - also seems really not ok in the winters we have here for those kids to be standing outside all day, and not have an option to be indoors. Everyone is super friendly and I like the muffin tops. Just wish there were a few more food options and the prices were better. It isn't a cheap spot by any means. Oh and that you actually were able to see the full order before you pay. I ended up with a latte, instead of a chai and had to toss it because I really am not a coffee drinker. Marked the date to visit their Grand opening day and get some free swag (tshirts). I really wanted a cold brew but they currently do not offer that, what a disappointment. I settled for their seasonal cinnamon roll instead and he got a large iced vanilla iced tea. The staff was extremely friendly and the two lines went quickly. The prices are typical for this area. My BF said his tea was very good and better than most other places. My Cinnamon Roll was that sweet or really had a cinnamon taste. I may come back if I'm hunkering for a hot coffee variation or mat try one of their iced coffees but since I am primarily a cold brew drinker it won't be a regular stop, hence the 4 stars for our first visit. read more

The coffee is to die for! I tried it once and haven't been anywhere else since. I will always go "out of my way" for a 7 brew coffee. Always friendly staff, the line could be wrapped around the parking lot in peak morning hours but I've never waited more than 12 minutes (I've timed it). Plus they wipe down your drink before they hand it to you so never have any sticky or wet cups! read more

I really love coffee. Steaming hot, aromatic, flavorful coffee. Over the last couple years become disenchanted with the juggernaut from Seattle. Their customer service isn't what it used to be. Their people aren't as friendly or knowledgeable as they used to be. For these reasons I usually seek out new or local coffee shops for my fix. Today it's snowing and I felt like a cup of coffee so I went to seven brew. It's drive through only, and they've got real people taking the order on a tablet. Nice start. I was told they don't have any brewed coffee, but they did offer Americano. That's fine, it's usually my fallback when the brewed coffee is old. I pulled up to the window where I paid and got my coffee. About two blocks away getting on the highway I had my first sip of coffee. It was awful. It tasted like a weak pour over. It was barely hot, if it was freshly brewed espresso used for the Americano it should not be. At three bucks a cup for coffee I'm a little picky. I might give them another try, but if there's another coffee shop nearby I doubt it. read more

Is 7Brew a "knock-off" Dutch Bros? We visited 7Brew off Metcalf on SuperBowl Sunday to try them out as we are avid fans of Dutch Bros... The customer service was great and the overall atmosphere was positive and on par with branding! HOWEVER, the menu doesn't show any prices and the cashiers/car-runners aren't very helpful/forthcoming with pricing information. That being said, one of their "Classic" drinks the Smooth 7 cost $7.64 for a large...$7.64 BEFORE TIP FOR A LARGE ICED COFFEE!! I spent over $8 on an iced coffee that truly didn't taste any better than a starbucks cold brew which would've been $4. Overall, I prefer Dutch Bros both for their pricing (although high) and customer service in making sure the customer enjoys the drink as is satisfied before they leave!
