When we pulled up to the window and they gave us the energy drink it was missing the cream and my wife called them 3 times and then I called them 2 times and we got 0 reaction and let me remind you her back was 2 inches away from the open drive thru window.... There was a third one that came by to grab something she looked at us and we got her attention for extra cream that was missed in our drink. And when we asked for hot sauce packets they said they ran out and only had ONE which I find hilarious. read more

Alternatively- if you need a place to spend some time between meetings, this location has several sitting areas, each configured differently; built-in charging outlets; and is not too loud. Pleasant bonus: living fiddle leaf figs that are thriving in the windows I ordered the sugar cookie latte on ice, half flavor, and it was delicious and prepared almost instantly. Unhappy with service and owner! My friend got a bogo deal until 9-2-25 on her app. I am a regular at Nebraska City Scooters and usually buy $2000 gift cards at Christmas time and purchase 2 drinks 2-3 times per week. One girl there used to know my name and order because I am such a regular.. So I went in to ask about it because it was not on my app. I just thought it was only fair because I am a regular customer there. The girl in charge Riley said she would have to call the owner because she couldn't do anything about it. I said I could have my friend screenshot it to me. Riley said that wouldn't work. Lindsey Yocim, the owner, explained to me that those deals on the app come from the corporate office. She did have Riley take my name and number and said she would contact corporate. I understand that being in customer service myself. The owner, Lindsey, could have easily rectified this by giving me a coffee that costs her probably $ .50 but that she charges me $5.50 for, but chose not to. She made no attempt to even try to work with me. Clearly, my business means nothing to her. I try to support small town business, but I will no longer be doing business there. Not to mention that the last couple time I went through drive through Riley was at the window, and when I said thank you as she handed me my drink she only said yep as if it was my pleasure instead of me supporting her job and a small town business! Always love my sugar free turtle blended, no drizzle. My husband ordered an iced tea and peanut butter power. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. We had a nice cozy booth. This was the first time in the shop we usually go through the drive thru. It had a nice welcoming layout. read more

Did not like my Sugar-free, non-fat Vanilla Latte. Prefer Starbucks snd since this one was almost as much as SB, I'll just stick to McDonald's Coffee instead. read more

Friendly & helpful service. Great atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. We were in town for a funeral and wanted a good coffee before we left. Scooters looked like an interesting option. Stopped at this location this afternoon and both my boyfriend and I had pieces of plastic shards in our drinks. He had a cold brew and I had a blender. I've gone to this location before and usually the drinks are good, although a bit slow at times due to there being a drive thru and walk in with not many workers at certain hours. Unfortunately we didn't notice the pieces of plastic in the drinks until we'd left the town, but I'll be hesitant to visit this location again. read more

Not impressed scooters. You are my favorite coffee shop and today was disappointing. Usually when I order your turkey ciabatta it comes out almost fresh. Light fluffy bread and usually cheese that's so perfectly melted it "strings" when you bite into the sandwich. Today? Not so much. Going to blame this one on staff and not the actual company because I have visited this location numerous times with no issues but today apparently i got the careless group of employees. My turkey ciabatta was stale. The bread was hard and the cheese was crusted it was so dried out. I took one bite and threw it out. The weird part is is that the outside was warm but the inside was freezing cold. So I'm trying to figure it out have they set this sandwich out multiple days in a row under a heater and keep putting it back in the fridge at night? Who knows. I will inconveniently have to check my food now before I leave the drive-through window from here out. They did not deserve the tip I gave them. read more
