Americano with a "splash" of heavy cream and skinny vanilla.

I am so disappointed with the service we received. I'm not sure if the girl was new but she got our order wrong two times. First it was mixed up so she replaced and then she gave my mine hot when I asked for iced. When I asked to correct it she put ice in the hot which made it warm. At that point I just gave up. She also put a TON of cream instead of a splash like I asked. So I feel like I'm drinking heavy cream with a splash of espresso and vanilla instead of the other way around. It's undrinkable.

I tried their Caramel blended coffee and it was good, some may say it is on the sweet side, but I liked it. I also purchased their to go canned coffees(mocha and vanilla) one of the better tasting almond milk based coffees for sure. I am up for trying more of their items next time I come through Norman. Service wise it was good, girls were nice and helpful when asked about menu items, speed of service was pretty fast. Prices were reasonable compared to other coffee shops.

This was how full it came and it was completely watered down. No creamer was added. It was supposed to be a nitro cold brew.

The employees are always so friendly and I always have great conversations with them! I've never had a bad drink or any bad food here.

Service was great, although I'm going to be honest the guys working there seemed a bit too serious, but cordial. The gorgeous girl who took our orders was very nice. Love the environment. It kind of reminded me of health cafes I used to regularly go to when I went to school in northern Washington & while working in LA. So happy to find this place. It also serves as a mini health conscious store where you can pick up organic teas, clean house products, clean ingredients, etc. I asked for the most gut healthy drink I can order and was suggested their green juice, which was exactly what my body was craving. Will definitely be coming back when we visit again! I think I'll try their food next time too. Thank you for existing, lol.

My two young adult kids and I were the only customers around 9:30am, so ordering should've been simple. Instead, the service was surprisingly rude. When I asked for a visual comparison of the two juice sizes, the server aggressively tapped the menu and sarcastically read the sizes. I clarified, "I understand that, but can I please see the sizes/cups for comparison." She threw her hands up like I'd pointed a weapon at her, shook her head, and mockingly replied, "Well yesssss ma'am," before stepping back, grabbing the cups, and waving them around as she named each size. I said, "The 8 oz please." She moved toward me again and said, with attitude, "Let me bring them closer so YOU can SEE," then repeated the performance. Again, I said, "The 8 oz please." She put the cups away, turned back to me, waved her hands around, and mockingly said, "Well yesssss, good morning to you too." When my daughter went to order her coffee she continued to be curt, along with rude interrupting. We would've left on the spot, but we were on a schedule. The food was okay, but the lack of professionalism overshadowed everything. The floors and shelving near the kitchen were also noticeably dirty, which didn't help the impression. Overpriced. I regret giving them our business. I genuinely wish the experience had matched the reviews, we normally love places like this...but based on this visit, I can't recommend it. If ZERO stars were an option, that would be my rating.

Walk away full, but feeling flavorfully satisfied, guilt-free and healthy!…read more After a week of eating out for a conference in Norman( all tasty food mind you, mind you, but the kind of food that leaves feeling like "ahhh, I need to workout, purge, diet, fast, yadda, yoda, yedi!!!") I needed a break from the guilt! Not to mention, the older we get, successive ventures into the fried and fatty world of rich foods start to have a deleterious affect on my mood and mental sharpness as I feel more slugggish, bloated and "blechhy" by day 4 of my id locking up my superego in a basement closet. So, I opted out for going to a brewery with a co-worker and instead suggested this place which had some good reviews already and also the kind of menu that your heart and soul (as well as your guilt-muscle) can all smile about and relax. It is close the OU campus and is on a side street in the most literal sense that you pull in to the 4 space lot with your bumper inches away from the main road. Safe, but close. Street parking appears to be the alternative. We got lucky as it was late on a weekday (they close at 8) and found parking. It used to be a health food grocery store only but added a kitchen not too long ago after having success with another eat-in store on the OU campus. It is narrow, self-(and limited seating with pub-style ordering from counter where you fine their menu. The menu is laminated 10x14 I think, 2 sides including drinks so their menu is ample enough that you could find anything hot or cold, liquid or solid. The have shakes and juices made-to-order as well as a variety of deli and finger food options. Since it would be my last night in Oklahoma I tried several things to share and ended up eating them all. I had a beet, carrot and spinach juice (your choice of 8 or 16 oz)-- ahhhhhhh. There is nothing added so if you are not into juices, you will taste what ingredients you add and I love beets! While there are many vegetarian and vegan options they do include some meat. I had the bowl of veggie chili which was a hearty rendition with several types of beans, carrots and corn. It was not bland but had spices that gave it an addictive flavor. They also had a creamy soup that I declined.I also had the hummus which appeared to be white bean and was chunky as well as creamy but altogether with a mild flavor that did not conflict with the chili. I opted for carrots vs. corn chips but they do offer tortilla chips for their "build-your-own nachos" part of the menu. From the sandwich section I picked a tuna salad (that had dolphin-safe tuna and not a substitute) but I did get a taste of the not-really-chicken chicken salad and that was good too. In addition to a variety of groceries and desserts to purchase and take home they sell fresh bread. I had a slice of the 3-seed bread and it made me want to stuff myself by ordering another sandwich just so I could put anything between two pieces of their fresh bread. They had 4 kinds of bread including a honey wheat and 2 vegan offerings but I selected their 4th choice which was the 3-seed (chia, sunflower and pumpkin maybe??) My only regret was knowing that I would not be able to return until I made the trip from the east coast to Norman, Oklahoma...but it does give me a big reason to return :)

This location is busier than the other one I went to and mostly in the drive thru. There were some other customers in the dining area when I came in. I ordered on the App the new Cherry Berry Protein Smoothie. It sounded like it would be good and healthy , but it was the worst smoothie I've ever had at Tropical Smoothie. Luckily I took 2 sips of it in my truck before driving off. I went back in and told them and asked if I could get a different one and they said yes. I got the Chia Banana Boost to replace it , I've had it before and it is good and filling. The lady I spoke with said yes the Greek Yogurt and Pea Protein don't seem to go together good and I agree. That first smoothie was so bad and bitter I'm sure it won't stay on the menu. I also recommend their Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla and Thai Chicken Wrap. I get these on occasion and they are pretty good. Blueberry Bliss and Paradise Point are good smoothies too.
