I am so disappointed with the service we received. I'm not sure if the girl was new but she got our order wrong two times. First it was mixed up so she replaced and then she gave my mine hot when I asked for iced. When I asked to correct it she put ice in the hot which made it warm. At that point I just gave up. She also put a TON of cream instead of a splash like I asked. So I feel like I'm drinking heavy cream with a splash of espresso and vanilla instead of the other way around. The employees are always so friendly and I always have great conversations with them! I've never had a bad drink or any bad food here.

I tried their Caramel blended coffee and it was good, some may say it is on the sweet side, but I liked it. I also purchased their to go canned coffees(mocha and vanilla) one of the better tasting almond milk based coffees for sure. I am up for trying more of their items next time I come through Norman. Service wise it was good, girls were nice and helpful when asked about menu items, speed of service was pretty fast. Prices were reasonable compared to other coffee shops. read more

The service was super friendly which I appreciated, but the drinks are not very good. I ordered an iced salted Carmeliscious or whatever they call it and they tell me they're out of the salted Carmel but they have the butterscotch caramel so I order that. All it tastes like is super sweet coffee. You can't taste the Carmel or the butterscotch in it at all. It's so sweet it's nauseating. My husband said the same about his iced vanilla latte. Not a fan of their drinks but again, the service was fast and friendly. read more

I enjoy Scooters every once in awhile. Their coffee tends to be more on the sweet side then coffee forward. Prices are a little less cheaper then their competitor. They make a very good sugar cookie. The staff is always friendly and upbeat! The location I went to is convenient and quick in and out. read more

Got the peach mango tea, strawberry aci lemonade and birthday cake latte all of them tasted horrible to me. Service was also sassy but that's fine but the drinks all got dumped down the sink waste of $18.00. read more

This place has absolutely zero business selling coffee..... All they well is sugar on top of flavorless coffee. I'm pissed that I had to pay 6 dollars for what they called a "large" but it was only a 12 oz cup 3 quarters the way full.... I poured it out because it tastes like tea. They listened and fixed me what I asked for and for it right. I have started ordering an Americano with some flavor syrup (never the same) add about an inch of half and half. I find that's not as sweet and actually gives me more of what I want (CAFFEINE). I love coffee. read more

We ordered nitro cold brews and we received iced-down coffee. We asked for a replacement and it still tasted watered-down. I've had Scooters before with no issues but I believe this location has issues with their quality control. read more

Scooters is a favorite stop for me. My order is usually an iced latte and a breakfast sandwich. Go to is the maple waffle or everything bagel. Price is pretty comparable to other coffee places with good coffee and way better food. If your needing a go to for coffee and breakfast, I say skip the usual fast food and give them a try.
