I'm so not a fan. This is not coffee. This isn't even a latte. It's creamy milk without the taste of coffee or the syrup I ordered. Honestly, I am not impressed at all. It's just another Big Coffee Drive Thru in another wrapper. Absolutely boring. There are two drive this with people outside with iPads or iPad-type things and cc. I will say there prices are better, but this will never make it to my list of places to go for coffee. Disappointment is oozing out of my mind. read more

Finally! Dutch Bros makes a debut in OK! Getting to the drive thru was tricky, but I was always taught to be smarter than safety cones. Got in line and was greeted by the friendliest human. Our order was placed and the line was gigantic! We did wait for about 10-15 minutes for our order, but was anyone upset? Not even a little bit! Downloaded the app while in line and explored the menu a bit more for future visits. Got our drinks and wham bam thank ya ma'am are they delish! If my mama was in town, she would have been slapped. It's so good! I'm down for anything new and different and this checks all the boxes. Thankfully for me, I won't have to drive all the way to Midwest City soon as more locations will be opening. Today was their grand opening and I was not disappointed! The work flow was a similar experience to a very efficient chicken place across the street if you know what I mean... we were greeted in the drive thru by a gentleman with a tablet who took our order and gave us info on their menu specifics. Once at the window the gentleman serving the coffee was very kind and conversational. I ordered a SF Carmel latte and it was just as delightful as the staff. The atmosphere was very fun and kind of loud. I think it fit perfectly with their "positive vibes" Dutch bros motto. This place had a long line, but so worth it. My friend said this place is very popular on the west coast and that we had to go. She was very right. They have breve coffee witch means they use half and half instead of milk for their coffee. Not to good for the waistline, but it's so creamy and so good. Try this place out when you can. Great friendly service but this location is the SLOWEST location ever. They let the line get backed up before having someone come out and take orders. Not sure what the hang up is because the other locations, especially edmond, are super quick. I've been hearing mixed reviews about this place. However, my experience was quite good actually. Good customer service. I went through their drive-thru, and the line went pretty fast, considering how busy they were. I guess it helped that two staff was taking the orders at the line. I had an ice cinnamon swirl oat milk latte, and it was decent. I was worried that it was going to be too sweet, but it wasn't, thankfully. I could taste the coffee, the cinnamon, and vanilla. I also like they provided nutritional facts for their drinks. One minor thing is that they do put a lot of cream in their drinks. Not just for my coffee, but I got to taste my aunt's cold brew, and there was too much cream, and so, for my next visit, I would ask them to go light on it. read more

I'm so glad I finally got to try Dutch Bros! You have to drive behind a little shopping center to get in one of the two drive through lanes because the lines are so long. Right off I noticed people walking up to the cars to take orders similar to Chick-fil-A. It was my first time here and I would like to look at an actual menu instead of someone standing at my window expecting me to know what I want. Also something else I think is so tacky is the person presses buttons to take my order and then wants to know how much I would like to tip her?! I never feel I should be asked to tip a cashier. They aren't the ones preparing my order. My husband ordered a fruity drink he didn't care for and I ordered The Golden Eagle which is the best iced coffee I've had in many years! So taking the good with the bad I will definitely be back for another Golden Eagle but I might try the walk up order window next time. read more

Super mixed feelings about this place. The first time I went I got the OG gummy bear soda and it was phenomenal!! Nothing like it. I went the next day and tried aqua berry soda and was so disappointed, it was just grape pop. Tried it the next day and went back to my delicious OG gummy bear soda and it wasn't the same as the first time. It wasn't as sweet or flavorful. I have been here 4 times since opening and haven't been disappointed once! The coffee is great especially if you like sweeter coffee (I'm sure they have options not as sweet) They are always busy but you go through the line so quickly unlike most other coffee shops But the best part is the customer service!! I actually come here quite often. A lot of the time it's for everyone at work so I order a bunch of drinks. Every time I go through the drive-through they are quite friendly and very quick at making the drinks. They stay busy so I understand sometimes there's a long line but it is worth it. Today was Opening Day! (any beverage of your choice was only $3) So excited to have Dutch Bros here! The drive-thru line was looooong, but it was a well-organized machine and went SO fast. (I have waited longer behind 5-6 cars at other coffee shops in the OKC metro than I did behind 40 cars today) It was SO worth it because my Bob Marley Freeze with an extra shot was LIFE-CHANGING! The employees were so friendly and efficient. The first employee I encountered made a fabulous first impression - Hunter was super sweet and we had a nice chat in the "holding lot" and then several employees visited with me, and all of the customers, as we drove through the line. Charles (from Oregon) and I had a fantastic visit during my wait and I learned a lot of good things about the company. My order was taken with a smile and my drink was quickly brought to my car several vehicles before I even got to the window so I was able to just pull out of the line at that point and head on my way. I've been to Dutch bros in Arizona and Washington. Always have had amazing service, but this was not the case. They had lost our order and we checked on it. They acted like we hadn't paid and made up the order. She also made snappy comments. We had to ask a second time about our drinks, at this point we had been waiting for thirty minutes. When we finally got them, no apology or anything. I get things happen, but there was no need to be rude or snarky. I'll be waiting for the Norman location. read more
