Adorable coffee shop with plenty of seating indoors and out. Food menu is limited, but I ordered the avocado toast and my sister ordered the egg bites. The avocado toast is thick and delicious with pumpkin seeds, feta cheese, and balsamic glaze, topped with a boiled egg! The egg bites were a great texture and size. My sister got the veggie version and it was unexpectedly sweet. Next time, will try the cheese and bacon version. The cutest coffee shop in downtown pensacola! I've been to all of the other ones in downtown and this one is my favorite. Good drinks, good people, and good vibes!! Love this place for great coffee. Nice corner shop downtown in PCOLA. Service was great. I had the Columbus our over and my wife had the matcha. They have pistachios milk as alternative. Really quality match without any additives. Parking can be a challenge. Good place to do some work and chat. read more

Makers is good just not great. First off I wanna say the staff is really nice and the coffee comes out at a reasonable time. Secondly, the inside is really cool and every time I am there I run into someone I know. However I would say there are two major drawbacks with makers coffee. One, the price. Look I love coffee as much as the next guy but dropping 8 bucks on an americano is a little ridiculous. Also I hate to say it but the coffee is just...meh. Doesn't really stick out alot to me. I don't know if that's because Pensacola has a big coffee culture or if makers coffee is just average quality but the coffee is just okay. I ordered a cappuccino from the very friendly baristas who whipped it up extremely fast. The cafe has a cool vibe and was extremely busy on an early Monday afternoon. Made a quick stop for some coffee and was treated to this amazing Pumpkin Espresso Olive Oil cake! An unusual flavor combination but it was absolutely divine. So moist and flavorful that we had to go back for the last two slices. Would have bought more but we got the last two! Perfect with your morning coffee, tea, dessert, or even a snack. Cute little cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Music was pleasant and the decor was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. Caleb, the owner, and Daniella, the barista, were as amazing as the food and coffee. Even offered to place a stamp on the store postcard and mail it for us. Exceptional service from start to finish. The owner came in with chik fila, obviously not eating at his own establishment. Not surprised. I wish i cojld have gotten a refund for the microwaved egg beaters and tea I should have made at home. I typically order an iced oat milk latte, but today I tried an iced espresso with a splash of oatmilk and it was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Their espresso is some of the best in Pensacola. As for their food, you can't go wrong with any of their baked-in-house goodies, but their new banana bread with whipped espresso mascarpone is delicious and a must-try if you want a sweeter but elevated treat. Their avocado toast is also delightful if you're wanting something savory--it's hearty and the flavors are next-level. Highly recommend this café. Popped in today to check out this new spot downtown. I had come across their Instagram page and knew I had to try it! The aesthetic is a 10/10! They just opened a brick and mortar this past week and man, this place was popping!! I ordered their iced matcha with oat milk and added honey for sweetener. It was phenomenal, you can tell they use high quality matcha powder. I have no self control when it comes to baked goods, so naturally I picked up a pumpkin muffin along with a cookie. Let me say, the pumpkin muffin was hands down the best I have ever eaten. My only regret was not getting another. I am saving the cookie to have for dessert tonight. The staff was super friendly and the drinks came out quick regardless of the line which was out the door! I will for sure be returning to try out their coffees and sweet treats! read more

Super cute decor, upscale coffee spot walkable to everything in downtown Pensacola. Beans do not taste burnt/over roasted Our barista was a very young man with a wave of blonde hair, and he took his work seriously whether pulling the shots or mixing the matcha correctly with a little hot water to make a paste and then adding water as he whisked - this is how serious tea drinkers prefer their matcha prepared. Attention to details count! Their full fat, local dairy milk is fresh & delicious in the latte. Their oat milk does not contain canola oil, which is toxic to those with sensitive immune & GI systems. Makers Coffee is superior to every other shop in Pensacola in every way. The coffee is perfect, never too sweet, and exactly to your instruction. The food is phenomenal and obviously freshly baked or made. The service is impeccable, every time you walk in you're greeted with friendly smiles from each barista. Lastly unlike other shops in Pensacola, there is enough outlets for every customer. Other coffee shops have a shortage of outlets making it difficult to stay to do work.
