The base shakes come in coffee, vanilla, chocolate, and Fruity. They have Herba-kids shakes for children. Teas: the list of energy teas is also extensive. The woman who runs the shop, Melissa, has a wall of honor to say thank you to those serving or who served in the military, POW-MIA, police & firefighters, and other 1st responders. I ordered the lemon ginger latte and a pack of three energy balls. The latte was really good: sweetened just right, served at the perfect temperature, and not overpowering. The energy balls were filling and had the right amount of chocolate chips and coconut shreds. The biggest downside was the wait time. It felt like I waited around 15 to 20 minutes for my latte, and when it was finally ready, they asked if I had received my energy balls yet. I had not, so they gave them to me then. That was a little frustrating because I had just come from the airport, was hungry, and had not had breakfast or coffee yet. Another issue was that the bathrooms had low water pressure while I was there, so I could not properly wash my hands or use the restroom, which was inconvenient. Not a knock on overall rating, but definitely not a place to curl up and read a book which is what i like. But it is great for getting some work done or having a meeting.
