This is a family favorite. The people who run and own this place are just lovely people and so easy to work with. We have hosted multiple birthdays for our kids here and cannot recommend them enough. The prices are a bit cheaper on weekdays for the same experience and since the party is only a couple of hours, we are usually able to get great attendance for a simple weekday party at an affordable price. You're allowed to bring in your own snacks and they sell pizza/beverage packages. I love that flexibility to bring healthy snacks but also give kids what they really want: pizza. They call you a few days beforehand to confirm details and answer questions. Then when you arrive they handle all the setup of the decorations and banners and gift bags and cake (they ask for nothing frozen) while you go ENJOY YOUR PARTY. To me, this is the huge advantage of hosting your party at a venue and at this venue in particular. The ability to enjoy the party without stressing the details is priceless, and they do such a wonderful job with the presentation. They even asked me to come approve the setup before everyone came in. Then while you're enjoying your time with the kids, they have a photographer snapping quality pictures of all the kids at the party. They climb in the bounce houses and through the play stations snapping amazing candid and posed pictures and play them for you when you're enjoying the pizza and snacks. The flash drive of images, including group photos in front of the ginormous inflatable slide, isn't even crazy expensive. It was like $25, or something like that. The photographer's time and effort was 100% worth the price and gave a lovely memento of the day that I could share with other parents. In short, this place is amazing and affordable and so much fun. Im not a fan of these types of places as they just breed bacteria. Anyway this place seems alright for parties my kids have fun and thats what matters. The jumpers seem well taken care of, it seems like a bit of an old location or its been around a long time as it's a bit dated. There is only one bathroom which is odd but whatever. My son is 12 and it's geared towards younger kids although he did enjoy himself. We did go for his friend that uses a wheelchair but is able to get around without it they were very accommodating and it seemed she has no issue. It was nice to see the employee who was in charge of pictures for the birthday girl taking pictures of everyone trying to make sure he didn't leave anyone out, i thought that was neat! read more

This place has so much potential to be great, but unfortunately it falls short in a lot of areas. The entrance/check-in area is very small and feels crowded with old toys. It could really use a deep clean and fresh paint--the desk and waiting area were noticeably dusty and dirty. The concept itself is perfect for hosting kids' parties since the kids can run, jump, and play while parents don't have to worry about leaving the premises. However, the play area needs a major revamp. It's quite dark, the toys feel outdated, and the jumpers look very worn. The rug also looked pretty unclean. There's very limited seating for parents--mainly just a long bench--so it's not the most comfortable setup. The eating area could also use some attention; parts of the floor were sticky while others were slippery. The bathrooms were co-ed and unfortunately not maintained. For the price, and considering how needed places like this are for hosting kids' events, I would expect much better upkeep and maintenance. The kids will still have fun, but as a parent, it leaves you feeling a disappointed seeing all the missed opportunities. Specially when you are the hostess, it's embarrassing. read more

#739 This would have been a decently fun party, other than the fact that the party room was way, way too tiny for 20 kids and parents. The zip line looked like a lot of fun for the kids and the line of benches for parents to sit and watch was ok. The guy passing out food etc. was fine--nice even--but I was disappointed in the teeny tiny tv with the photos of the party. There were barely any good photos and not one of my child. I didn't think much extra attention was paid to the birthday boy either so that was pretty disappointing for a parent and child celebrating their bday. . None of this would have made this place a two star except for the single, unisex, one toilet bathroom that could barely flush and had clearly never been cleaned--ever. While the toilet itself was passable, it reeked worse than any park bathroom, any New York subway and pretty much as bad as I have experienced when being around an unfortunate person who had never washed a day in their life. This bathroom made me so glad that my child didn't need to use the toilet and was why we even had to skip any handwashing. Gross! I don't know the cost of this party, but I am pretty sure the parent paid a pretty penny. I don't know what would have happened if a child had been sick or more than one person had needed to use the bathroom. At one point there must have been 80 people there as it included two parties with 20 kids each and at least one parent per child. For this reason, I won't be in a hurry to return. In fact, I might go so far as to say I would pass on a birthday invite here in the future. With all of the "jumping" options around, in spite of the good service and zip line, this place can do way better and could easily be a 4 star. read more

It was our families 1st time coming here. We've heard about SJ for several of friends. Attended a good friends daughters bday on a Saturday evening at 5 p.m. Once we got there, we were greeted. Had to sign waiver forms. Waiting for all of the guest in an area b4 entering the play arena. We were discussed about rules & guidelines. The play area was all well cleaned and maintained. Lots of cool fun stuff for different ages. Was in the play arena for 1:30 hour In the party room for 45 min. The room was able to seat about almost 30 kids. Papa John's pizza is what they use for their pizza. My friend brought in her own fruit platter, along w chips & dips and capri sun for the kids. Service was great. Love that SJ had this list of gifts n what type of gift gifted...they even added # stickers onto the gifts that coincides with the # on the list. List was in a Manila folder w all the cards given as gifts in there. I'd probably come back here for open play with my kids. Plenty of parking available. read more

We were so pleased with our daughter's 3rd birthday. This is a perfect venue for a small to medium gathering (ours was about 35 people). The private eating room is a little small and there is only 1 bathroom (which was very clean), but what stands out is the exceptional service from Ray and Ashley. From the moment you walk through the door, they are attentive and helpful. They were great at keeping the kids entertained, and they're able to take come candid shots of the kiddos. They assisted with set up and clean up so everything moved along so smoothly. Held our son's 5th birthday party here, we've also had his 2nd party as well. Planning was extremely easy. Set everything up online, got a confirmation and sent in the deposit. Two days before the party I received a phone call to finalize details, provide guest count and ordered pizza. We arrived and was the first party of the day, we started at 11am and everything went on time as planned. The kids had an absolute blast! Jumping, sliding playing with everything Scooter's had to offer. The couple issues we had in the playroom was the zip line handle was broken. The worker took it off for at least half the time of the party, the toys under climbing area were very dirty. Hair and dirt all over the toys. A guest even made a comment that they noticed how dirty the toys were. The restrooms were pretty disappointing, two guests made comments that the bathrooms were so dirty. I had to look myself and the mirrors looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, toilet stained, paper all over the floor. Other than cleanliness there's not much we didn't enjoy. Niece's 2nd Birthday Party! I was impressed on how organized and attentive the staff was from the moment we stepped in the door. They provided my sister with a rolling cart to bring in all the party goodies from her car into the venue. First order of business was signing waivers for all guests and then checking in gifts. We were led into the lobby until majority of the guests arrived. The staff took charge in setting up all party decorations and food. After an hour or so of the kids playing in the bouncy houses, slides, gym jungle, ping pong table, air hockey table and zip line, we were taken into the party room where we had pizza & cake. They had a large TV screen were they played all the photos taken by one of the staff members while in the playing area. My boys, 9 & 11 years, had a blast. I'm so glad we decided to have my daughter's 5th birthday here. We paid for 4 hours instead of 2 and it was well worth it. Staff did everything... decorate, set up food, serve kids. It really was stress and with free. Kids and adults had a blast. All guests must check in and sign waiver. If they have a gift/card it must be checked in. You can opt in out of for gift opening. We opted out for the sake of time. Play time is first. Socks are a must. Socks are available for purchase. There is a play area for toddlers. The kids and adults loved the big slide! Staff will set up party in the dining area. They will make it look nice! Came for a birthday party in Feb and the kids had a great time. Check-in was quick at the register. We gathered in the waiting area for about 10 minutes before they opened the doors and told us to have fun inside. In the play area, there was a large jungle gym (climbing appratus) with a super fast slide. None of the adults enjoyed the slide as it was too fast. I preferred the giant inflatable slide instead. There was an inflatable zipline bounce house, but the zipline is more suited for 7-10 year olds than younger kids. The third bounce house was a basketball court / boxing arena. After playtime, our group was ushered into the party room. There was one staff member who was helping to serve the food. Didn't seem like there was enough pizza for the party. We attended a birthday party here. It is a very big jungle gym with bouncy houses. The bouncy houses look a little beat up. Some have some tape on them. They have a little room that has an air hockey machine. My 4 year old had a blast and enjoyed bouncing around and running around. When we got to the birthday room where we would sing the man serving seemed bothered. He never smiled and every interaction I had with him was not very friendly. The lady who was in the front had great customer service and was so friendly. Overall I don't think I would personally come in unless I was invited to attend a party. read more

The venue is kind of small compared to other indoor play places, but it doesn't matter because you have the entire place to yourself! Huge slide in the back, zip line, big climber, and bounce houses galore! They go around and take pictures of the kids for a slide show while they're eating lunch and doing cake. The employees even serve the kids with gloves on and ask them if they need refills/more/etc. and that is super helpful so you don't have to keep getting up and parents can actually enjoy the party too! Not only the kids in our party had the whole room to themselves since it's a private party, the setup was quick and easy. Unlike many of the reviewers here, I did not have a 5 star experience. More like 2-3... I'm surprised they have so many good reviews! Sure booking was easy online. Getting a hold of anyone over the phone was a challenge! They are in office and responding to phone calls Friday-Sunday only. So reaching anyone during the weekdays leading up to the party was impossible and that was frustration #1 The night before our Saturday evening birthday party, I came to the venue to check it out to see the space. Questions were answered. Owner asked me if I had preferences for a movie to be played in the background on the TV in the playroom. Since my daughter's 3rd birthday was "frozen" themed, I opted for the frozen movies. That didn't get played at the party. She said a "kidz bop" sound track would be provided as audio in the dining room. Again: nothing. The check in process was awkward - front desk people had very limited social skills upon check in. Didn't ask me who I was or care to know, limited eye contact, not friendly in general. Balloons delivered 2 hours prior to party by party city. I paid an extra delivery service fee for this. Communicate to the staff to ensure they received them when I got there at about 4:45 pm and they confirmed they had them. The dining room set up is provided by the staff- end of the party around 7:25, a staff member approached me to tell me they forgot to set up the balloons. Ofcourse, I hadn't noticed as I was so busy with my 40 guests. So balloons completely down the drain. Purchased for nothing. The room and cake table looked so bare thanks to them. Their sole job was to set them up in the room and they couldn't complete that simple task. We ordered 100 wings from wing stop. Only about 65 were plated at the party. Guests finished them and was not replenished by the staff. Went back home with about 35 extra wings to spare in the bags they packed for us. Guests left the party hungry. So frustrating. Told one staff member about my salsa in my cooler and a specific plastic bowl to use. Set up the chips without the salsa as "she couldn't find it" and ended up going home to find the salsa in my cooler opened.... Fiasco with the balloons was the last straw and I went home upset. Staff called me a few hours later and told me I had to pay a late fee as I didn't settle the bill when I left! Well maybe if your guests didn't leave upset and you had better social skills to communicate that there was a balance to be paid at the end, that problem could have been avoided!!!! Lots of issues that could have been easily avoided. Their sole job is to set up for these parties and help with flow and I felt they failed to deliver. Not to mention they nickel and dime you for every little thing added like a fruit platter, the wings from outside venue, etc. The pizza from mountain mikes they provide wasn't even that good and the sodas all flat. Would not recommend to others and would not come again as a host. Wish it had been a better experience for us. Sure our guests had a good time but I was annoyed. if you choose this venue, be prepared to micromanage and lower your expectations of the very mediocre staff. read more

I never heard of Scooter's until we were invited to a 4 year old's birthday party, and based on the name I wasn't sure what to expect. The play room has inflatables including a huge slide and a small obstacle course, a small game room with air hockey, a play set area, and lots of seating off to the side for the parents. For private parties, the associate took a group photo then escorted us to a separate room where they served lunch and cake. Bring your own food and decorations, but they served everything. Check-in was easy and the service was attentive. Not as big as Pump It Up or Skyzone but a really great option for a fun afternoon. Added bonus, it's walking distance from Stereo Brewing, which is kid friendly. We went there immediately after the birthday party and had a beer while the kids played with their goodie bags. read more

We had my daughter's 6th birthday party here, and it was an AMAZING experience at a VERY affordable price for something of this level. We called and arranged everything with Scooter's Jungle about a month in advance--no problems. They have two basic packages to pick from, and both are clear. You have very specific options on what you can bring in with you, which though is restrictive, is also helpful. The opening team (owners of the franchise, I think) were about 10 minutes late and opened the doors basically right at the start of party time. We were a bit flustered as a couple guests had arrived, but the rest of the party went so smoothly, and they were gracious and apologetic about the incident. Hey, things happen, right? We were in a mad dash to get to a funeral after the party, so we actually had to leave the party a few minutes early to go prepare while our family watched the kiddos. The team at Scooter's prepped everything up for us early to get the party going, and they even made our sadly deflated party balloons into centerpieces so they wouldn't go to waste. The staff made this place stellar. Well, that and the price. We will likely return for my son's birthday in the future. read more

We just celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday here. We had a GREAT time! The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I brought in my own decorations and they offered to help set it up. They did break down and clean up too. The facility is very clean and the staff is very professional. I will be booking future parties here for our other children. Things to take into consideration when booking at Scooter's Jungle.... Final details and head count is discussed 2 days prior to the event. It is hard to get someone on the phone, seems that email is the best way to communicate closer to the event. Which can be nerve wracking. As a party planner myself. I like things in black and white. A pamphlet that lists' out what they provide vs what we can bring in would be helpful, since final details aren't discussed over the phone till 2 days prior. They do offer a pamphlet of what you "can and can not" bring in. I would recommend that they add what Scooter's Jungle provides on the same pamphlet, so you can plan accordingly. Also, they do provide 3 jugs of unlimited soda. But not ice. So I brought ice myself and an ice scooper. No one likes warm soda. I feel like if they provide soda, it should be served on ice. There is a water fountain in the play area but hidden by the restrooms. A decanter with ice water provided by the venue would've been a nice touch too. Overall it was a great time and I recommend this place for sure! read more

I ended up here for my friends daughters birthday and brought my girls along, they very much enjoyed the jumpers and especially the one with the zip liner running through it . They especially enjoyed the huge jumper slide on the backside which has a huge slide which is super fun and super fast to slide down on. We played some air hockey on their hockey table, we enjoyed to ping pong, then afterwards we went into the food eating area to enjoy some pizza and ice cold drinks, the service was friendly and fast, I would definitely come back and enjoy some more basketball hoop shooting . read more

First time here for a birthday party! You have to sign a waiver before you go in, so you can do it beforehand online or in person. Parking is super easy in their lot. The playground is not as big as some other ones that I've been to (e.g., Kids Empire), but it had different sections catered to different ages and activities. They have a huge inflatable slide which was a big hit with my kid! I loved how the staff took pictures of all the kids playing and then would broadcast all the photos in the party room after when they were dining. All the kids loved it! You do have to pay an extra fee to get the pictures they took, but nothing unreasonable. Some of the areas seemed a tad worn out and the walls could use a coat of fresh paint, but the kids still had a great time. The dining room was small so I wouldn't book this place if you're looking for a big party. I believe our party had about 12 kids (+parents) and the dining room already felt somewhat cramped. Making the reservation was a breeze. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and checked in. The staff was absolutely incredible and friendly!! The activities were all child and adult friendly. The gentleman who took pictures of everything while we were all busy having fun, thank you for capturing every moment for us. When we moved to the birthday room I was so pleased with their attention to detail. The pizza was tasty and the drinks were constantly refilled.
