Had a friends kids 4th bday party here on a Sat. Been here a few times but finally got to write about it. Basically a HUGE slide, 2 huge jumpers with gladiator equipment in one and a zipliner in the other. There is 1 big play tower where kids can crawl and climb. They have a ping pong table and air hockey table (air sucks) for adults as well. Perfect for kids older than 2. My youngest is 20 months and I had to take her here and there...so tiring. When I come to these kinds of places the kids should just run around themselves! (Ya know what I mean parents..give us an hour break!) I'm glad I took the risk of booking this area for my son's bday party although I have never been to the place before. I read all the reviews prior and just booked ahead of time. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The place is clean and nice. They have a giant slide that even adults and myself enjoyed. Everything was taken care of by the staff, from setting up, refills, and clean up. They only forgot to bring out the balloons that we brought, but I was compensated for it by not charging me for the extra food that I brought. Okay, compared to other playground gyms, I did enjoy this alot more then the more modern places with fancy mechanical rides (ie we play out loud). Why? well, I could actually see and play with my kids. Christine or Christina was our host for our birthday visit. She did a great job considering the size of our party. She was attentive and helped out. In terms of service and work ethic, she was great. Okay.. for the inflatables, there are a few. 1) There is a zip ride (for those under 120lbs) and fairly short. I was in that area, and again, Christine was nice and reminded the ride was for younger children (maybe adults) under the weight limit. It's abit high so you'll need to help your kid onto it. 2) They had about 3 bounce areas (the zip line included). There was the large slide. This is a pretty large slide. They have blankets to ride on so make use of that since it's easy to get carpet burn. My kids enjoyed the slide the most. They had a boxing bounce area. I didn't try that much since there was I think a 5 person maximum occupancy. There was a basketball hoop. All of the bounce equipment seemed pretty used, but did their job. They had an air hockey table which the kids played on. There was a little kids car that was on a small ramp that my kids also used. To one side next to the bathroom is a small play area (with house) so smaller kids can play. They had little blocks and a see saw (which I don't advice using since your feet can get caught underneath). I liked they had a water fountain next to the bathroom so the kids (and adults) had easy access to H2O As I mentioned before, I enjoyed the fact that it was easy to follow my kids. Also we could play together in most cases. Finally we went to have our lunch at the last half hour. It was abit cramped fitting in all the families into the eating area, but it all worked out. Christine was good about trying to bring out food to the kids first and also bringing out snacks and cupcakes to the kids. The kids had a great time. (of course.. I'm not a big bounce play gym guy.) We had our daughter's birthday here this past weekend. I have to say, like our Scooter's Jungle experience, it is consistently good. Instead of being on the attendee side, we were on being the host of the party. So that being said, this review is more on the technical aspect of booking this place. The deposit for your party will be $150. If you want to just have a party and no food, you can book at the base price for the weekend rate of $299. However, we opted for the pizza package (And you can only buy pizza from them, you cannot bring any in) which is $85 more for 7 1 topping Papa John Pizzas. Thumbs up for choosing Papa Johns, since I do like them and it was a no brainer for me to choose this package. Oh, the package also included 3 different soda choices. If you want to bring your own water. That will be free. If you want to bring your cold veggie, cold fruit, 1/2 sheet cake, that will also be free. However, if you want to bring your cold entree that would be $10 and if it's hot, it will be $15. But I think I got dinged for having my party tray in 2 different boxes, so they Scooters charged me an extra $10. Part of me feel like this extra $20 is just gratuity for the workers because it doesn't take them that much more to put a box of sandwiches there. Also at the end when you pay, gratuity is optional but I gave them an additional $20. Staff is friendly here, so that I think they deserved. They will finalize the final details with you 2 days prior to the event so you get a list of items on the contract. I believe as long as it is under 60 people with 22 of them being kids, you won't get dinged for extra charge. This location being one of the smaller ones, I wouldn't recommend getting 60 people even though the one large room will be big enough to hold them. However as for the kids, there's a zip line (up to 125 lbs, so don't even try it) , there's a bounce as you come in, a air hockey table, a ping pong table, and the ginormous slide (at all Scooters Jungle locations) Since this is one of the older Scooters Jungle it's just one room but it is air conditioned the heck out of it. You might need a jacket here. As for the eating room, its got 2 benches. So I would say it seats maybe 40 semi comfortably but no more than that. We saw 3 employees in different rooms rotating in and out at all times. So though it is barely staffed, it is just barely enough to have them help you at all times. Oh, they will also help you bring your stuff to and from your car when you arrive and leave, so that's a plus. All in all, I did wish this place was bigger and had more staff but for a kids party, it will suffice. Props to the workers. read more

We went here for my nephews birthday and it's a pretty cool place to have a party for the younger kids. They had a cool "jungle gym" type thing and a few blow ups that you're able to play in and slide down. They even had an air hockey game in another room. It was a great experience although I feel like the room where you do the food and cake was a bit too small. Steve called me back and allowed me to reserve over the phone. When i went to reserve Grace attended me in person. She was very kind and was patient with me and all questions. The day of was AMAZING. STEVE was there and signed our guests in. They took care of everything. I enjoyed my daughter and our guests while they did all the work. The place was great. The adults.loved the ping pong table while the little onces enjoyed the slide. The older teens also like the other jumpers. The toddlers liked the toys that they had available. We just had my son's 4th Birthday here. I originally chose this place because they don't have a head count for adults (unless its over 55 guest i believe), you can bring chips, dip, veggie/fruit platter, cake. There is an option to bring your own outside food, but it cost extra. We got the Super Package, I ordered the pizza thru them and brought my own sides (fruit/chips and dip) They took it all when i came in and took care of EVERYTHING! I didnt bring any extra decorations, but you can if you wanted to. They provide all plates/napkins and utensils. I brought cupcakes but they would have cut and served the cake if i had brought a sheet cake. I think since i brought cupcakes it saved time and we were actually able to open gifts there! I also love that as people came in, they took the gifts and wrote there name down. As he was opening his gifts, they wrote down what each was for EASY thank you notes or to just remember who got him what. EVERYONE had a blast. I haven't been to the other locations of Scooters jungle, but I have heard this is considered a small one. I think it was great for all ages that came. The slide was a HUGE hit. The zip line was fun for those who met the weight limit. The other jumper that was more of a multi-sport one was a big hit too. For those adults who were not jumping or sliding the FREE air hockey, fuse ball and table tennis were very entertaining. They also had a toddler/baby corner for the little ones who can't or don't want to jump. I was so pleased with my experience here. They were so helpful. I wish I would have gotten the girls names that helped us. The one girl who helped during the food/cake/presents was so nice and we chatted so easily that my family thought i knew her outside of this place. There are inflatables, a climbing area, a basketball hoop game, and some toys for play-pretend. There is also an area an air-hockey table. I REALLY wanted to love Scooter's Jungle. I held my son's 6th birthday party here with 26 kids and 22-23 adults. The venue certainly has great potential to improve, but currently, the place is not delivering in critical ways. The positive: The workers/hosts are all very friendly, upbeat, and extremely helpful. They oversee the timeline, guide incoming guests, take care of all gifts, help with loading and unloading items from your car (rolling carts provided), and they prepare the entire dining/party room for the birthday kid and guests to fully enjoy after playtime in the indoor playground. I really liked our hosts, Caden and Norissa - such sweet people! They even let me borrow one of the venue's tablecloths for my dessert table!! The negatives: - The place is much smaller than I had expected or imagined. The dining room felt really cramped with the # of guests we had and there was also only 1 gender neutral bathroom to use. - The bathroom was really dirty, poorly maintained, and old looking. I even had to clean off residue and other gross stains from the toilet prior to using. Yuck!! - During our visit, they totally ran out of bottled water for purchase. Actually, the fridge in the front was nearly empty. I brought juice packs, but we weren't allowed to take them into the arena playroom. There's a drinking fountain, but many people don't want to drink from there. Remember to bring your kids' sippies with water, or water bottles! - There's just one huge room with a variety of fun activities. However, the whole room (and actually, the entire building itself) just looked dated and the carpet and floors smelled kind of musty. It looks as though many of the rooms, the big jump houses, and equipment are all in need of upgrading and perhaps, changing. Perhaps Scooter's should consider a whole new location to compete with newer places like "We Play Loud", "Pump it Up", or "Party Kingdom". For 26 kids, the order for the weekend party package was about $600 after tax and tip ($80 for tip): Play time, 7 pizzas from papa john's, unlimited pitchers of drinks (3 kinds + water), utensils, plates, napkins, set up, etc., and a monkey doll for each child. Time frame was from 12:30pm until 3pm read more

We brought our son for his 4 year-old birthday party and EVERYONE had a blast. Here's a short run-down. I never saw my son so excited to play before. He probably went down the slide 50+ times and it was fun for grown-ups and children a like. In fact, I think I heard more screams from the grown-ups going down the slide than I did from the kids. There was a separate bouncer with a zip line which drew lots of attention for the more adventurous kids. It's probably a 15-20 foot zip line so it's not going to build up that much speed to be scary - probably age 5+ type of area. One of the more fun areas is the sports jumper (volleyball, basketball area) which has two platforms for opponents to try to knock each other down with big padded bumpers. It's a good workout. For small toddlers (age 2 or so) there's a small play area to be entertained. Today was a 90+ degree day and the areas were comfortable. My son had a little sweat from doing the climb for the slide but that's expected. He had his favorite long-sleeve shirt on. I think it was actually a good call to have long-sleeves so you don't get "slide burn." After the playing, came the food. The pizzas were pretty good and the pitchers of soda/punch were cold. The hostess we had was so attentive to the kids and so nice; I was truly impressed with how great she was with everyone. We had one kid who wanted another slice of cheese pizza but only pepperoni pizzas remained. In order to accommodate the child, the hostess offered to take off the pepperoni slices for him. I just stood there in awe when I observed the situation. We were kept informed of timing during the entire event. At the end, they gave us a list of the gifts/cards and who they were from. From the reservation staff to the staff answering my multiple calls leading up to the day to ask several questions to the day of host, everything was handled professionally and with a great attitude. It was so nice to have everything taken care of (i.e. set up, pizza delivery, decorations i brought, clean up). Also it was awesome that we could accommodate so many kids and adults. Today was our first time visiting this place. Unfortunately I would never have my child's birthday here. It was very dirty bathrooms were unclean smelled like urine and in one of the bathrooms there's a sign which states hold down next to the toilet. There were no paper towels in the dispenser. Pizza was completely cold who knows how long it sat out. The sandwich bread was so hard we couldn't eat it. I've been to similar facilities and it just appeared to be fresh clean and organized. Maybe my standards are higher. My recommendation is to look for something else that has pride in their business. read more

We had our daughter's 2nd birthday held here and it was such a great idea! You can have the entire play area reserved just for your party. All of the kids loved it, even us big kids! I do recommend that you have your kiddo acclimated with bouncy houses and such before hand though. This was the first time my daughter experienced bounce house like apparatuses and she wasn't a fan. She was way too overwhelmed and wouldn't move at all. She did love all the kiddy toys though. What I really loved was the service you get. Once you check-in upon arrival, a rep takes a cart to help you unload everything in your car and they pretty much handle all the storage, setup and clean-up. I didn't even have to tell them that I had a box full of banners and deco to be placed around the room. They found it and used up everything I had in there and the room looked awesome! The only reason I give this a 4 instead of a 5 is because the ac wasn't strong enough and I wasn't aware that I should have provided cold water bottles to all the guests in play area. The timeline was a bit different too, it was play first, eat later. But it's understandable, with all the bouncy house apparatuses and the giant inflatable slide, if folks ate first and then played, there would definitely be a higher probability of puke everywhere. Oh, they also get all gifts from our guests and they log who they're from already!
