EDIT Today August…read more17th, 29 days after my surgery, I received a call from this office. I did not answer so I am unsure the reason for the call. I assume it's to check up on the well being of a patient after having surgery. Too little too late in my opinion. Especially since I did have complications in connection with the surgery and the care before surgery by Dr Nunnally and his staff, but I did not feel welcomed to go to this office for help because of the above review. Thankfully like stated above, I have a new doctor that prescribed a new medication for my complication. --------------- Dr. Nunnally and his staff were unprofessional from start to finish. (Staff at SAMC were fantastic). I was scheduled for a tonsillectomy which turned into a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. I did not find out that my adenoids would be removed until I was in pre op, 5 minutes before being wheeled into the operating room. I was given incorrect information for medication dosages due to me breast-feeding which left me in more pain than necessary. I was told I needed to choose between breast-feeding and pain, which is incorrect. I was also told by the nurse that they don't do follow-ups because there's no point in me coming all the way in just to shine a light down my throat but that they would call 2 weeks later to check on me. I am 3 weeks post op and have received no such call. I ended up finding a new doctor to do my follow up and I couldn't be more happy. Would not recommend this doctor.

I went to this Emerald Coast Partners because they are the only allergists in Crestview that have a…read moreshot clinic. First two shots were handled perfectly, then the third happens, (I had already checked into my appointment two days prior from their prompts by text), and I get to the office and a little sign says no shots this week. I think, this is Thursday, why did I get checked in then, so I asked the front desk. Well they are giving the biologic shots, oh that's great, only they don't have my shot and the front desk lady told me to call their Ft. Walton Office to see if it was there. Really? I mean she probably calls that office all the time. So I push her to do so. Meanwhile not even a single word of concern or thought of apologizing for this experience. She really wanted all this to be either my fault or my insurance company fault. She even got Doctor Neuland involved to help make it be not their fault by showing me the accepted fax records. People still fax? There is a difference between Express Scripts and their specialty pharmacy Accredo who deal with the biologic shots like mine, no fax at Accredo. No apologies from anyone at this Crestview office. Doctor Neuland told me they always have trouble with my insurance company Tricare for life. Don't all retired military have that?

I finally have time to start treating all these allergies. Dr. Neuland and his staff have been very professional, welcoming, and explain all the medical mumbo jumbo in very simple terms. They accept Tricare Insurance FYI for all you military people out there!!

Front desk clerk, Carly Miller was very unpleasant to say the least!…read more I made an appointment to have an allergy test done but when I showed up to the office Carly stated that I could not have testing done that day; that I had to have a consultation first. Why wasn't I told this when I made the appointment? I drove an hour to get to this appointment AND took the morning off, which was difficult to get in the first place. I explained to Carly that I may not be able to get any more time off and asking multiple times if there is anything they can do to help me, like perhaps doing both the consultation and testing on the same day. Carly's response was that there was nothing she could do to help, without even trying. Fine. I asked if my insurance would cover the allergy testing but Carly instructed me to call the insurance myself to find out. She was very reluctant to assist me with anything! At this point I declined seeing the doctor and asked for a doctors note to which Carly took the liberty of stating the details of the appointment which I felt should have remained confidential. What's even worse is that she neglected to include my name in the note! Instead, what she did remember to write was "Had appointment scheduled for today at 9:30am but did not stay for appointment. Left @ 11am." Extremely distasteful! Clearly Carly had no respect for my time whatsoever. This was a breach of privacy in my opinion. At the end, I apologized on my part waiting for Carly to take some responsibility, to which she said nothing and just stared at her computer screen with disdain. I was now left to call the office to request an acceptable doctor's note. I spoke with Bethany whom apologized sincerely, and I appreciated it. I wish I didn't waste my entire morning and peace of mind on this terrible experience!
