I had my 2nd set of braces for over 4-5years with other dentist (Philippines) and the only problem that I had was 1 tooth that was not aligned. Dr. Molato removed my braces and cleaned my teeth then we did the fitting for my crown and had my temporary crown placed. And again it was a very chill 3hrs procedure watching my favorite episode on Netflix while she's working on my teeth. I asked her what she can recommend cause I don't wanna put another set of braces again or see another new dentist. Dr. Molato suggested a Bioclear procedure and explained the whole process and what to expect and even showed me a picture sample of it. Previously, I avoided the dentist like the plague due to negative experiences, but Dr Molato changed that. She is kind, funny, nonjudgmental, always positive, and knows how to give a painless shot!!! I don't know how she does it, but her shots don't hurt! She is the only dentist in the area certified for Bioclear. I've had mine for 4 years and they look like new. I've also had a partial bridge and crowns done here too. She's a perfectionist when it comes to my smile, and every procedure she does looks perfect when she's done. I refer everyone I know to her. The kiosk check-in system is also faulty and does not always go through to the front desk, so they think you're late or a no-show unless you speak to the receptionist. There is also now a host standing by the kiosks... why? I am disappointed because I pay for PPO just to continue going to CD. I vote for them for Bakersfield's Best every year. And I have referred all of my friends and family to them throughout these years. But I won't be doing that anymore. Will report back if things improve.

I was a faithful patient but when I switched jobs about a year ago my new insurance initially provided to me was not accepted by Hall of Fame. I went on with my life with my new dentist, unsatisfied and unhappy. I knew that once I was able to switch my insurance back I was going back to Dr. Hall. The tail end of 2018 was the worst dental year for me because I had a nagging toothache that would not resolve despite two visits to my new-ish dentist. At the beginning of this year I went straight to Dr. Hall and they gave me the answers I needed. I'm very happy with the care I've received thus far (I didn't expect anything less). I'll be back in a few weeks for some follow-ups which I'm actually excited about. Hall of Fame has grown quite a bit over the last few years. It was half the size it is now when I first started going and I'm very impressed by how everything looks. All the rooms are clean, all the equipment is organized and new. The waiting area is comfy but very rarely will you sit for too long because they know how to schedule appointments appropriately. It seems Dr. Hall is always up to date with the new dental technology which is great for patients. The staff is still as wonderful as they were when I first started going here. I was referred to Dr. Frank by Dr. Osborn for some 3d imaging before my oral surgery. The next morning I arrived at the scheduled time and was met by Julia at the front desk. She took my information and directed me to the waiting area where I helped myself to the Keurig machine. I was amused that the office staff elected to play Ke$ha in the waiting room but... I sort of liked it. Moments later I was met by Jill, the Dental Assistant, who directed me to the back and performed the imaging. She took only a few minutes and then sent me on my way back to Dr. Osborn with a CD containing the images. I was only at Dr. Frank's office for a brief time but each of the staff were very friendly. Julia and Jill each greeted me with a handshake and a smile. It's apparent the doctor only hires top notch staff. The only thing I found odd about the arrangement was that Dr. Osborn told me the imaging would cost just $100, and that Dr. Frank was just across the parking lot. While both of these things were true I couldn't help but think... does this just mean Dr. Frank will be buying the first round of drinks at the golf course this weekend? Oh well.
