I had to replace my convertible top on my car, the rear window fell out of place, and sadly Ive been using duct tape to hold it together till I could find a place to work on it.. Contacted Scotts Auto Trim and they gave me a price and told me would take 2 to 3 days to complete, So brought in my car with the new top I ordered, they began to work on it right away. The very next day they called and said it was ready, YAY! He was super helpful and very nice to work with, wish I would have known of this place sooner but price was a factor to me, that being said his prices are fair and comparable to others I tried to look around... Dale put a new canvas top on my 2000 MR2 Spyder and it looks great! Fast install and a reasonable price. I took my 2005 Lexus GX470 to him the next day and had him install new leather seat bottoms in the front seat. They came out great too! Dale and TIm did a great job reupholstering both leather seats and replacing the convertible top on my girlfriend's Honda S2000. They were on time, on budget (which was reasonable), followed up with some details later, (tim even removed a few stubborn exterior marks on the car for free) and best of all the seats are more comfortable than the original leather and cushioning. Moreover, Dale, offered me two choices for the convertible top the standard vinyl which is what Honda puts on it or a nicer cloth one, which I chose and I am so happy I did. So there have been a couple of ownership changes at Scotts and customer service took a hit, but with new owner Dale at the helm, things have improved tremendously! I had a shade screen I needed trimmed to a specific measurement with new grommets attached, Dale and staff, specifically Adrian, did a fantastic job.I stopped by mid week as I live nearby, then sent them photos of what I needed to get done. After dropping off material the next day, they proceeded to get me out in record time before the weekend. I had Scott work on my plane. He used multiple low quality materials (easily faded in the sun) and got the stitching all wrong. Everything fits bad and looks bad. No happy. After complaining he blew me off. Stay away. Scott- If you're reading this, come out to the airport and make my plane right - I'll update this review. Otherwise this stands. I have an Avalon that is only three years old and the leather seats (especially the driver seat) started deteriorating six months after I purchased the car. Auburn Toyota sent me over to Scott's auto trim to have the drivers seat dyed. The first time they dyed the seat the color match was not goodHowever they stood by their commitment to provide good service and re-dyed the seat matching the color better the second time. I would've given them five stars with the exception that I had to be without my car a second time. Ps apparently they do boat covers also and that is a hard person to find read more

BAIT AND SWITCH! I took my sun visors to Scott for advise on how to best restore them myself, he said he'd give me a good deal and do them for $65. I agreed to that. He did not write an estimate. When I went to pick them he said he said $65 each and that he spent an hour on each of them. Hello? Why would $130 be a good deal to restore visors when I can buy a set brand new for $100. I told him to try and sell them on Ebay. I'll go find another pair in a junk yard and do them myself. read more

Scott is retired now, and his protege' Tony owns the shop. Tony restored the bench seat from my classic pick up truck. He did a gorgeous job and didn't charge as much as the other shops I got estimates from. The real reason I gave him the job though was that I could tell he loves his work, was interested in my project, and listened carefully to my wishes. Will definitely use again. read more

Scott fixed a rip in my 4Runner's front leather seat. It was reasonably priced and the work was flawless! I was super impressed with the quality and the way the repair matched the color of the rest of the seat. I highly recommend them. I want to further comment on another aspect. It's rare these days that the customer gets treated so well. These guys are so customer-oriented, friendly and polite. They go above and beyond for you. My wife thought the same thing when she went to pay. I was having my vehicle detailed the following day. Scott offered to take the vehicle to the detail place that night so they would have it 1st thing the next morning. He said just to stop by sometime later and settle the bill. This is the 2nd time I've used Scott and both times have been top notch. I just recommended them to a co-worker. read more

I dropped my 1963 Vespa seat off to Glenn in May 2014. Due to a motor cycle injury he wasn't able to complete it until late summer. I spent nearly $300 on white leather with red trim. I wanted the seat to be replicated from the original but in a different color to match the new paint job. After I picked it up I realized the leather skirt hadn't been attached so I returned it and emailed him photos of the original. He never got to it. I checked in with him every so often over a 4-5 month period. My boyfriend stopped in and was told by Glenn it was taken apart being worked on. Today when I stopped by to pick it up I found out he never even started it. He gave me an excuse that he had to start over from scratch to make the seat skirt and he didn't have grommets. He stated to me that he does custom work for people all over the country and he has work in the hall of fame. I interpretted his statement to mean that my seat was too small scale for him and that I was nothing of importance because my vintage scooter wasn't an "original". His word not mine. My scooter is an original, never touched until now as we attempt to restore it. He was condescending and insulting to me. I took the seat as is and will not recommend him to any of our motor cycle friends looking for leather work. Glenn, you are rude and I don't appreciate your business ethics. read more

Once again, i had Glenn do some work for me, DANG!!! It looks awesome!! I bought a older Cherokee with the headliner & carpet destroyed. Instead of raping me, he did take the vehicle & fixed the headliner, which looks AWESOME BTW!! He also did the cargo area with new carpet. Looks great. As for the rest of the floor, he called me & said he couldn't do it at a reasonable $$$. he COULD do it, just not cost effective!! Tony and his crew do a great job. We had a leather seat panel in my wife's Prius damaged. Tony was able to match the leather panel perfectly,got us in very quickly and replaced the panel on time and at the right price. Great Job!! In addition, I wanted to put in custom seat covers in a Toyota RAV4 which I had purchased from an online manufacturer. I attempted the install myself and found it beyond my capabilities. I called Tony and he got me on the schedule within just a few days. When I arrived on the appointed day and time, his crew went right to work on the project and finished it very quickly and very professionally. Again Great Job.
