All in One Upholstery did a great job repairing my sofa. After only 4 years, the leather in my La-Z-Boy sofa had worn so thin it ripped. The company would not honor the 5-year warranty, so I hired All in One to recover the cushions and it turned out great! The shop is large with an office, a waiting room, an area to review sample fabrics & leathers, and a big area in back where the work is done. I worked with this lady for 8 months and tried to accommodate her every excuse for delays and for not making it on time or better yet not even showing as scheduled. In the end the work was so poor that we will need to have it completely redone by a true professional who knows how to sew. In the end we found out that she did not even do the work and sent it to Florida to have it done by someone who never saw the project. She is not a professional or custom seamstress as she states. She blames everyone else for her poor work even when she was given a drawing from the start. The curtain looks nothing like we agreed on and she did not use any of the hardware purchased. She could not even get a simple hem done correctly. I have many pictures for those interested. See additional post. I would never never recommend this person and feel for those who ask for anything more than a simple pillow, and then it will take her months to complete and you will be subjected to constant excuses as to why it is not done. Not a single person is free of her hostility when you question her work, including children. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR JEANIE GAMBOLA SHE IS NOT COMPETENT! read more

What a gem! Tucked away in a warehouse area, this place did an excellent job on my office chair. The chair seat was badly split with use and time and they were not only able to match the existing leather on the rest of the chair, they increased and added padding making the chair better than new! They promised to have it done in a week, it was done in 3 days...I will most certainly use them again! read more

When our new patio umbrella arrived with two tears, I tried to get it replaced. But, there were no more in stock. Luckily we found Jeannie at All in One Upholstery, who was able to repair the rips AND reinforce the other seams. She works quickly and professionally, and at a very reasonable cost. When the fabric inevitably degrades over the harsh summers of this area, we plan to take the umbrella back to Jeannie for a full replacement of the fabric. I am sorry that it has taken me a full year to publucly express my aporeciation for the beautiful job done for me at All in One Upholstery. My only complaint is that Jeannie is so much in demand that she can be hard to reach. All was forgiven though when I saw the BEAUTIFUL job that was done on a set of four chairs and a very special antique chair that had been handed down in our family. I don't know who's writing the reviews for this place but their customer service sucks. I saw the great reviews on yelp by accident, I was actually looking for another upholstery shop and came across Jeanie's place.Any way I called her on a Thurs. and left a message, no return call. So I drove over on the following Mon. from Cameron Park because they said office hours were M,T,W and she's not in the office and no one can help me. So I called her while there and explain that I'm going to be around for an hour or so call me if she's going to be back in. Nothing and I have not heard from her. For that I give her 1 star and that's only because I have to select 1. If you're going to have a business at least have the curtousy to call me back and say I'm backed up and I can't take anymore right now or I don't want to do your job, I'm OK with that. read more

This is a wonderful business. I phoned and spoke to Jeannie about my unusual request, which was that we had a torn rain protector for our golf cart. She not only repaired the rain protector but the cost was very reasonable, she finished it in a very short period, she was very friendly, and she called when she said she would. Picking up our item I was amazed with the amazing selection of materials available for her upholstery business. If I ever need to have a piece of furniture covered I will de finely use them! read more
