We have been with Hayes Insurance for a little over ten years. At first, I did not give Hayes our auto insurance as I could get better rates by keeping our auto and home insurance at separate companies. Steve was always understanding of my position and continued to look for policies to bring the rest of my business to Hayes. A few years later the numbers made sense and we moved all our insurance policies to Hayes. Since we have been with Hayes, we did unfortunately lose my wife's wedding ring. Though we were quite sick over the loss of the ring, Steve made the replacement process quite painless. Thankfully, we had purchased a rider on our home policy to cover the ring and it was replaced without a large increase to our premium. I highlight this incident to stress to anyone reading this review that insurance quality is just as important as price. This incident highlighted the quality of the coverage we receive from Hayes Insurance. In the end I am thankful I was able to find Hayes Insurance and Steve in particular. He understands where we are at in life and has been able to provide great counsel over the years to ensure that we are properly protected.
