Elijah is the owner, he installed the heat pump and wanted to run to pipes inside the walls. He neglected to tighten all the connection. So when he started it up there was an immediate problem. We then had to cut a hole for Elijah to check the unit pipes behind the wall. He then found he did not complete tightening the pipes to the unit.
