This location has been a revolving door of tellers for the past 8 or so years, with one manager. The rovolutions seem to have concluded with one extremely smug, rude, and unprofessional teller. In every interaction with her, she has felt the need to complain to about having to do her job. Recently, she even called the police on a mutual friend of mine for wanting change for a Girl Scouts cookie booth, accusing her of "laundering money." My wife and I will no longer be visiting this location, and have discussed closing our accounts over the fact that all the friendly, professional tellers we have interacted with here have disappeared, while this one has remained. read more

They had a glitch which hurt so many people. Literally screwed us and others. I wouldn't even give it one star. Terrible place to bank. They are offering loans to fix their glitch to help people which is a huge red flag. I looked up other reviews today and wish I would have before banking there. They seem to have had a ton of issues. Bad customer service. Young guns who are inexperienced. Was told I wasn't required to get the title signed through a private party sale. Absolutely incorrect. Also the fact you cant pay your bill online unless using a Scott credit Union checking account is outdated and bad business. I have had nothing but problems with Scott Credit Union since I opened an account with this company. I kept hoping they would do better, but I was WRONG. I bought a new vehicle thru a local dealer and this company picked up the loan. I opened a savings and checking account after the fact and intended to do more business with them. I have since found out the checking account was not setup correctly according to "a" branch manager. I have had tons of RUDE customer service going to the Collinsville, IL, branch, Alex, in the drive-thru. I contacted Matt Parrott, Marketing Manager, over this location, he listened gave me a gift-card, but all I wanted was an apology for the inconvenience and trouble from the employee at Collinsville branch. I felt that would have been better for all, my time is as valuable as their time is and now I feel like a number. I like to do business with local companies, but this is a joke! Matt told me today, 3.15.2019, by email, that "since" he apologized and gave me a gift card "he" thought that was good enough!! I had loans through this company and payed them off but still had a savings account. Called to see if i could get my licence plate sticker from them and they said yes, so i thought cool. But not cool, i wrote them a check for $156.00 , $5.00 fee thought that was reasonable but received my savings statement today and they put the check in my savings then took it back out and charged me another $5.00 withdrawal inactivity fee. One way to profit from the corona virus, to me that's double dipping. read more
