That quickly changed once we needed service. We have an ongoing safety-related warning issue that the service department has repeatedly failed to diagnose or resolve. Despite multiple visits, minimal effort has been made, and communication is poor at best. During our last visit, an employee behaved in an openly unprofessional manner--telling my husband he was "embarrassing himself" and making inappropriate gestures. No threats or inappropriate language were used by us at any time. Even more concerning, when we escalated the issue to the GM and owner, they sided with their staff without firsthand knowledge and told us their service manager is no longer willing to work with us. We were essentially told to go somewhere else or trade in our vehicle. We are now left with an unresolved issue in a nearly new vehicle and no support from the dealership that sold it to us.
