purchased a truck about 6 months ago that I was told was in "perfect" condition.... they give you a 30 day warranty that says they will pay 50/50 if anything happens within only a m of time but I wasn't too worried being as this truck was in "perfect" condition, everything was covered up and hidden in a way that didn't expose any issues until after that horrible warranty was up anyways and since then I have paid $7,800 in repairs on this truck literally half the price of the entire truck. they are crooks, liars, scammers, and thieves I would give 0 stars if possible, save yourself a ton of trouble and avoid this place at all costs read more

Ed George from Mileground motors is as scammy as it comes. I purchased a Jeep from them in the fall and they cleared the check engine light codes knowing that I would be taking the vehicle in for an independent review. Since the purchase, I've had a number of issues that have resulted from this and had to spend several thousands to keep the vehicle running. On top of this, the VIN has been flagged as being damaged in a previous accident and is seriously impacting trade-in values. None of this was disclosed at the time of purchase. I will take this as lesson in doing my own CarFax checks for future vehicle purchases. read more

these guys are scam artists selling unreliable vehicles. 20 miles after pulling out the dealership I had three different dashboard lights on one being a check engine the other two 4x4 and traction control. Long story short they didn't do anything for me. Then they told me. you have a warranty take it somewhere and have it fixed. Lol. i literally owned the vehicle for 3 days and they're telling me to use the warranty and have someone else look at it. that it's not their problem. Must be nice to pick up cheap vehicles at auction do absolutely nothing to them then sell them with a warranty so your hands are clean when the vehicle messes up. mick and Ed yinz crooks. read more

PLEASE READ THIS before you considering buying a car off these people. Not only did the car I bought from them break down in less than a week but I practically had to beg them to look at it. While I'm getting the run around from good ole Mick, my Mom (who has Muscular Dystrophy) is being forced to walk to work. 3 days of his "check this" or "it could be that" did he finally have his mechanic come pick it up. The engine locked up. They told me there was nothing I did or that could have been done to prevent it "it just happened." When they agreed we to to put a new motor in it at their expense I felt a little relieved... Until I picked it up. Not only did the motor they put in it have over 2k more miles on it but he wouldn't give me any kind of paperwork stating what was done so my local mechanic would know when/if something else would happen. After 20 minutes of trying to get any sort of documentation I left with a "call me if something happens." Now my car has been having some problems. Guess what no help from these guys. Without knowing what else was done or changed when the new motor was installed nobody can find a definitive cause to the problems. We can't afford to start replacing parts or pay a mechanic to go hunting through it. They got their money and that's all that matters to them. read more

Completely DISLOYAL!! Drove in from out-of-state to see/test drive a vehicle Mileground Motors had. Told Mick I wanted to purchase the vehicle but the navigation system was not working. Mick stated he would look into it and get back to me. After me calling him several times to check on the status of it, and Mick giving me several excuses as to why it was not fixed (over 6 weeks), Mick then sold the vehicle to someone else. I'm considering myself very luck for not purchasing it from him due to all of the other reviews I have read. Think twice before purchasing a vehicle from Mick and/or this dealership. read more

My boyfriend, father, and I went here looking to buy me a new car. Immediately I was relieved that Ed was not pushy, let us be alone to talk and was a straight to the point kind of guy. After we bought my car I noticed it started making a strange sound after about 2 months. I brought it to a local mechanic that I had gotten an oil change from on my old car and they told me it would need $1000 worth of work. I called Ed to see if any of it was covered by their warranty that every car they sell carries. Nothing was covered but he told me to bring the car in and have his mechanic take a look. Sure enough only 1 out of the 3 things that were "broken" actually needed to be fixed. They covered the entire cost to fix it (which they were not in anyway obligated to), the strange noise is gone, the car runs great, and they saved me $1000. I can not say enough good things about the team here, truly trustworthy and honest men. read more

Mileground heavily pushes CARS, and extended "gap" warranty for their vehicles, in exchange for commission. Everything They told us CARS would cover, CARS does not cover, and every independent and franchise service department we've used since has said CARS is the worst warranty they have ever dealt with and that we were ripped off. CARS does not offer refunds. I have essentially lost $3,000 I can never get back, and the dealer (Mick) has nothing to say other than, "we don't have anything to do with their policies, we just sell them". A simple google search (hindsight is 20/20, but I did have faith in Mick's honesty) reveals countless complaints and lawsuits against CARS, a scam off which Mileground is profiting. If they won't stand by their word, they certainly are not deserving of your money. read more
