They were profession and courteous through the whole job, only leaving behind sawdust in the grass. Great group of guys. I later had them come back to replace an 8x12 section of subfloor, main door to the house and floor tiles for the kitchen/entry way. Same experience as the first job. I have them scheduled again for this spring to renovate two bathrooms and replace some windows. Apex Construction is one of the best representations of a Maine local business I've seen in a long time. He agreed and after meetings to tighten up the design and engage his plumber we trusted our home to Gage and his team and left. Before we left he told us he not only planned on building the stairs but basically completing the entire job! While we were gone we got consistent updates, pictures and videos of the progress. When we got back the job was 99% complete. He gave us time to figure out if there were any adjustments to make and took care of our requests. They do good work on an aggressive schedule. We have security cameras and witnessed such unprofessional work. He used our dumpster without permission to dump a bunch of personal property, dehumidifiers, chairs, large metal pieces. That was just the beginning. He could be heard saying to his worker how he under bid the job and would make it up. Boy did he! When he realized he was on security cameras he unplugged them.He ruined furniture and did not complete the job. Our two story entry wasn't touched and so many other areas of the house also. He did not apply primer as stated in quote over the wood and it's already bleeding through.I can not say this enough DO NOT HIRE.
