I don't know who is letting this man stay working here but it is inappropriate and unprofessional to not only bother someone while they try to eat a bit of food before their flight but also to do so drunk. if i come back and he's still there I'm not going to eat breakfast at the hotel ill grab mcdonalds or something.

Beds were very comfy and they gave each bed 4 pillows. It was all great! Didn't see any sketchy characters, just normal people. There are a few slot machines in an area of the lobby. I enjoyed staying here to visit my family and would come again.

It was the second warmest Christmas on record and we came in to the air conditioner running. Interestingly enough, the only thing I knocked in my last review was the room temp being too warm. Coincidence? Maybe. Either way, the extra star has been earned and we greatly appreciated the A/C being on, even if it is December! The room was large and clean. No road noise or noise from inside the hotel. Breakfast as expected. Evening soup was a lovely touch, as were the cookies/pet treats. Will definitely be back!

The room was clean & inviting. The colors neutral. Water temp & pressure would up to par. No drainage/ flushing issues. Towels weren't huge & plush but they were larger & thicker than many. The temperature control is motion activated. A lovely idea in thought but, in practicality, not so much. It would shut off while we were asleep & it would get hot. We would wake up & move, then it would come back on & cool off. I'd like to see the carpet go away & soft close toilet lids addes - otherwise, it was a-ok. Breakfast had what seems to be the standard: bacon or sausage, biscuits & gravy, eggs, make your own waffles - with the added touches of fresh baked cinnamon rolls, as well as fresh ground coffee - with the machine grinding for each cup. Unlike the many unattended Breakfast rooms of late, there were 2 staff working the room here. That meant fresh foods were well-stocked & everything was spotless.

PROS: - Best part is the conscience of its location due to several surrounding establishments: Target, Dollar Store, Ross, and more. - Complimentary breakfast - 24 hrs access to indoor fitness center (small, but it has all your all the essentials) and there's an inside heated Pool. - Pullout bed-sofa - 24 hrs indoor Grab-n-Go store with several pay options. - Plenty of parking space CONS: - Near a freeway/highway so you feel and hear the zooming traffic. - Doors aren't sealed with sound proof material so you can hear everything outside (especially if your first floor, we were near the front so I heard everyone going, BS'n, and accounted their misfortune of credit card issues or not being booked) So ensure you get to choose your room versus luck of the draw if you go thru a discount from Priceline. - ICE machine is in the pool area (why?!) awkward walking into a couple getting romantic with one another bc I need some ice. Believe me it's located in the rear so the walk was very awkward. - Small gym, tighter than usual and no sanitary equipment or at least not present when I was here. - Not much handicap parking. I don't get Diamond Member Parking for this location, if you had a massive building and a parking garage then I would understand because of how much more rooms you'd have, but for this. Why not just make those Handicap? - Pull-Out Sofa bed is great, but time for an upgrade bc that is very uncomfortable. - Beds were solid and firm, but YOUR PILLOWS WERE THE WORSE. They may look soft and comfy but they SINK FLAT! TIME TO UPGRADE! - So many damn light switches and locations for them. Had to switch multiple for what area I needed light and played a game to just figure out what shut off and turned on what. L - Prices in your convenient store were crazy pricey. - Tour prices nightly sucks, especially with what you offer. But I get it, so any complimentary is your way of saying you're still paying for it just during your stay.

The mattress was a tad hard and the pillows could have been better. As a Titanium Elite Lifetime member, I received a gift at checkin and my name on the welcome board recognizing my Bonvoy status. A nice touch. Probably the oddest thing that happened is when a strong storm blew thru on Saturday night and rainwater was blowing in around the windows. The staff is always friendly, and having a kitchen for multi-night stays is an absolute must for me. During my most recent visit, I accidentally left behind a special item that had just been gifted to me. I realized it after arriving at the airport and immediately contacted the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond--she personally retrieved my item and made the process incredibly easy. I sent a prepaid postage label, and today I received my item back. This level of service is exceptional, and it's why there's nowhere else I'd rather stay for my work trips. Thank you for continuing to exceed my expectations!

Booking was a breeze and the response from the owners was prompt. This quaint log cabin was rustic with a beautiful view, but also held all the amenities we would need inside--terry cloth robes, coffemaker, toiletries and an abundant DVD collection to choose from! Highly recommend trying out this cottage. We will certainly be back!
