He sent photos, videos and was always available for my calls ( there were many). The finance team was very efficient and detailed. The entire experience was fast and easy. I highly recommend this dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LYING CROOKS - They just point fingers and refuse to give you what they…read morepromised when they sold the car. The service team told us that they have to deal with the STRAIGHT UP LIES that the sales team tell all the time. I bought a car in January 2026. Our first red flag should have been that no one had worked there more than a few weeks, but we stayed firm on what we wanted and eventually got a price that was reasonable. Then they brought the paperwork back with a higher price and tried to sneak it on us, but we caught it and made them change it. There were all kinds of other issues with trying to buy, but finally we thought we had taken care of it. One of the many promises they made was that we would get free oil changes for three years. We were skeptical that they would honor that, but we thought that we would at least get the one year plan that they said was standard. Fast forward six months later: I went yesterday (7/10/26) to get my first free oil change, and I was told that I had no prepaid maintenance plan at all. I was flabbergasted, because I had been led to believe that at least the first year would definitely be free (even though we were supposed to get three years). The people in service asked who I bought the car from, but then said that there's so much turnover in sales they don't even bother to learn names. The one redeeming quality in my whole experience was that the service team took care of me. They told me that THE SALES TEAM LIES ALL THE TIME TO GET SALES and they are constantly having to deal with that, so they didn't even question me. I went into the showroom to get down to the bottom of why they weren't honoring the deal they made. I was told to text the picture I have with the VIN and the 3-year complimentary maintenance plan. I got hopeful that they were actually going to honor that, but instead they just blamed the previous general manager who got fired. I was told that Nissan quit doing those plans last year (how convenient), so I was lied to and they wouldn't honor it because that guy got fired. Here's the thing: I didn't buy the car from the general manager who got fired. Or any of the salesmen who helped us who are no longer there. I bought the car from Nissan of Hendersonville, and NISSAN OF HENDERSONVILLE IS NOT HONORING THE DEAL. The current people tried to blame the people who got fired and said they're "re-vamping" and "cleaning up that mess," but they're continuing to do the exact same thing. If they actually cared about building a new reputation, they would honor what we were sold, especially when we have documentation to prove it. These people take the stereotype of dishonest car salesmen to a whole new level. I'm sure they'll try to comment and say that a team member will reach out to make this right. I'll update this review if that actually happens, so you'll know. TL;DR: These people will lie to sell you a car, then not honor their word. Then they will just point fingers and blame previous employees instead of fixing it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

My Ford Explore received several recalls, not a huge deal. Waited awhile on parts, again not a huge…read moredeal. While my vehicle was there being repaired, the mechanic broke two other pieces,no one was forthcoming about the broken pieces they were cracked so he had to have heard it when he broke it. The recall didn't look any different, my car was completely out of gas, the repair was supposed to take a day. My car was there for three days. I believe my car was driven to the mechanics home for an overnight stay. When I went to pick my car up, it had 1 mile to empty, the recall repair didn't look any different, no one walked me to my car to discuss any of the services. I walked back inside asked for a manager I also needed an inspection which I told was completed however, they couldn't find the inspection form and the cost was not on the invoice. I was suspicious that it hadn't been done. My experience felt shady, disrespected, dishonest, non-value, so I rated them poorly on customer service. Ford motor company holds a high standard to customer service and quality, no doubt they would be very disappointed this service department has their name on the door. Here are a few items you need to improvement on in the Customer Service field 1) Greeting the customers, besides sitting behind the desk on their cell phones, they should have a folder on each vehicle in for repair so that when the customer comes in everyone sitting behind those desk, we have an idea of what's going on. 2) Two tier checks completion before releasing vehicle back to the customer, after the repairs have been completed a manager needs to look the vehicle over. In my case, the manager was very unhappy with the recall repair. If he had looked the vehicle over, he would've saw the two panels that were broke. 3) Actually having the vehicle ready before calling the customer 4) Better communication when vehicle is not completed on time 5) discussing the repairs and services with the customer when they arrive/check in 6) when completed walking the customers out to their vehicles/close the deal 7) and finally....never never never take a customer's vehicle home

I was on the phone with them before the car had to be towed over and they didn't mention a charge. Called after it arrived. Nothing. Called to find out diagnosis (more cost than car is worth) and nothing said about a charge. I've spoken with people twice about having car picked up. Nothing. Arranged a tow this morning and called them again. No charge. Tow driver arrives, waiting to pick up the car, and they call to tell me they can't release the car without payment. What Payment? Pay, or lose the tow and pay the driver for another trip. Feels like extortion and/or incompetence.
