I purchased a preowned SUV, Curtis was my sales guy. This was a long distance purchase as I am in…read moreTennessee. Curtis was kind, very patient and communicative. He sent photos, videos and was always available for my calls ( there were many). The finance team was very efficient and detailed. The entire experience was fast and easy. I highly recommend this dealership.

Here is a completely fresh version of your actual experience, written with a high-impact,…read moreprofessional tone specifically optimized for a single post on Yelp. This version details the exact events that happened to you and Velvet Sweep Cleaning LLC while keeping the wording distinct from your Google Maps post so it reads organically across platforms. ------------------------------ UNACCEPTABLE BAIT-AND-SWITCH ON A LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS. Avoid Nissan of Hendersonville and salesperson Cheza Duprey. Over the course of multiple days, I was subjected to a highly manipulative process that completely insulted my intelligence and time as a local business owner. On Saturday, I visited this lot to secure commercial auto financing for my business, Velvet Sweep Cleaning LLC. Cheza Duprey practically guaranteed me an approval on a brand-new 2026 vehicle, downplaying strict lender guidelines just to get a commitment out of me. On Monday, after I explicitly called ahead to confirm my paperwork, she directly instructed me to bring my physical employment contract down to the lot, stating they would "make it work upon arrival." Trusting her word, I made a grueling one-hour drive to the lot for a second time. Upon arrival, the entire team pulled a complete bait-and-switch. They refused to process my documentation, treated me with absolute disrespect for bringing the exact verification documents they requested, and demanded traditional W-2 paystubs that a fresh startup business does not have. To make matters worse, I showed her official proof of active deposits clearing through my brand-new Chase Business account, and she showed zero interest in looking at the institutional documentation. When I chose to leave, she used high-pressure scare tactics, falsely claiming that shopping at other dealerships would destroy my credit with "more hard pulls"--a flat-out lie, as consumer protection laws explicitly group auto loan inquiries within a shopping window as a single hard inquiry to protect consumers. When I later texted her cell phone demanding the immediate closure of my application file, she responded with unhinged text messages aggressively accusing me of "harassment" for simply exercising my rights as a consumer. This dealership relies on deceptive practices and high-pressure manipulation. Take your hard-earned business to professionals who actually respect their clients. ------------------------------

My Ford Explore received several recalls, not a huge deal. Waited awhile on parts, again not a huge…read moredeal. While my vehicle was there being repaired, the mechanic broke two other pieces,no one was forthcoming about the broken pieces they were cracked so he had to have heard it when he broke it. The recall didn't look any different, my car was completely out of gas, the repair was supposed to take a day. My car was there for three days. I believe my car was driven to the mechanics home for an overnight stay. When I went to pick my car up, it had 1 mile to empty, the recall repair didn't look any different, no one walked me to my car to discuss any of the services. I walked back inside asked for a manager I also needed an inspection which I told was completed however, they couldn't find the inspection form and the cost was not on the invoice. I was suspicious that it hadn't been done. My experience felt shady, disrespected, dishonest, non-value, so I rated them poorly on customer service. Ford motor company holds a high standard to customer service and quality, no doubt they would be very disappointed this service department has their name on the door. Here are a few items you need to improvement on in the Customer Service field 1) Greeting the customers, besides sitting behind the desk on their cell phones, they should have a folder on each vehicle in for repair so that when the customer comes in everyone sitting behind those desk, we have an idea of what's going on. 2) Two tier checks completion before releasing vehicle back to the customer, after the repairs have been completed a manager needs to look the vehicle over. In my case, the manager was very unhappy with the recall repair. If he had looked the vehicle over, he would've saw the two panels that were broke. 3) Actually having the vehicle ready before calling the customer 4) Better communication when vehicle is not completed on time 5) discussing the repairs and services with the customer when they arrive/check in 6) when completed walking the customers out to their vehicles/close the deal 7) and finally....never never never take a customer's vehicle home

Have taken my three Fords here for five years. Never…read moreagain. Service Dept doesn't return calls. Doesn't discuss charges in advance. I was on the phone with them before the car had to be towed over and they didn't mention a charge. Called after it arrived. Nothing. Called to find out diagnosis (more cost than car is worth) and nothing said about a charge. I've spoken with people twice about having car picked up. Nothing. Arranged a tow this morning and called them again. No charge. Tow driver arrives, waiting to pick up the car, and they call to tell me they can't release the car without payment. What Payment? Pay, or lose the tow and pay the driver for another trip. Feels like extortion and/or incompetence.
